I don't know if it's better or worse, but i live in Argentina, and we're not allowed to wear makeup (at least in private schools). Although, i think i wouldn't wear makeup for school even if i were allowed to, i just don't have time or energy in the morning haha

If you're eleven im suggesting just eyeliner and mascara.(: You just want to go for the neutral area. But you shouldnt wear makeup because since your that young you probably have pretty skin, and you dont want makeup to ruin that for you.

I've tried using white eyeliner because i'm asian and it helps open eyes but i'm also really tan so when i put the white on it just looks really obvious and unnatural. Is there a way to blend it or make it look more natural but still get the effect of a bigger eye?

@msizzle99 Thats only if you put eyeliner all the way in on your waterline/in the "hole" or tear duct in the inside of your eye. Some people, like myself, only put eyeliner on to HALFWAY into your waterline and that's fine.
