Looks very cool and looks like a lot of work was put into it, but it's WAY too much of a World of Warcraft wanna-be. It looks like no creativity was put into this, every single idea was taken from WoW.
Google code::blocks and download it. Its a IDE to program in. Then Download Ogre. Ogre setup is easy with code::blocks. With code::blocks, when u make a new project, it comes with sample code that already puts stuff on the screen for you. You can build ur first games up from there. Atleast that's what I'm doing at the moment. Go to the ogre wiki and look @ the tutorials, so you can learn the basics. Hope that helps! I'm 15 too by the way.
