The pilot then saw the insurgents leave the house and the forward observers on the ground also saw the same people leaving the house, and confirmed they were the same fighters who had previously run into the building. This was reviewed by a 3rd party human rights group and they found no problems with it, so you shouldn't have any problems with it either.
