One other author that works great with the Compound philosophy is ZenHabits. I'm not anti-consumerism nor a minimalist. However, a diet of less to have space for what's really important actually works.

Love it.

The only thing I "hate" is that I've started with The Compound Effect then with LYBE. I'm changing my framework with every new material. For example, nowi I have a daily studying habit (30 motivational, 30 specialized to my craft) and habits for each one of my goals.

But I have not implemented this 5 - 3 - 1 program yet. In any case, gotta love Hardy. I can't say he's the best or that his way is the only way, but together with Covey, Rohn and NH, you'll get a very good philosophy.
