@jemmabond I think it would happen. You can really see real-world movies with CGI actor nowadays. For example: Clu's face in "Tron:Legacy" is CGI, and Avatar's character were also CGI, and there are also a good reason to do a CGI of good actor (like Brad Pitt getting older).

The concept for this movie is brilliant. It's almost like something Jules Verne or Kurt Vonnegut would have come up with. It's chilling because it's actually possible something like this may happen one day. An artificial intelligence designed specifically for entertainment being indistinguishable from reality. Very deep, but it looks corny from the preview. I would have never guessed Al Pacino would have played a role like this.

True! 'S1m0ne' seems to come out of a Kurt Vonnegut or Philip Dick novel, something like 'The Simulacra' by Dick (Simone's character reminds me of Nicole Thibodeaux, a fake First Lady played by many different actresses over the years).. it's very deep and sarcastic at the same time, a really smart metaphor of the media world and the media-guided world, where you can barely distinguish what is real from what is just fiction or manipulated information. I really like the concept of this movie too!
