what is that green thing's name( not the jalapeno)? i don't know all the ingridienses names in english. so could u write it so i can check what it is in my language?
@sfehmi oh ok i didn't understand what cilantro was but coriander leaves i understand. No my language is Norwegian and it is "koriander blader" in my language=)
nice food not that am going to make fish kebabs, way 2 complicated but it does look nice thanks for sharing . "i wish you could smell it smells like fish" LOL
I have another video that is fish cutlets recipe. You would have noticed that I added two potatoes. In this recipe everything is cooked together and later formed into cutlets for frying.
Sheba I made these a few months ago...couldn't get cod but found turbot which is also a firm white fish. I also used habanero pepper instead of jalapeno. They were outstanding! They made the best sandwiches the next day too! I don't have a pressure cooker but it was fine, although I think I want to invest in one after seeing all the yummy things you make!! Thank you I love watching your videos everything always looks soooo good! Going to try either the mutton curry or chicken curry next!
I gues you can - have not tried it yet. I would suggest that you skip the step relating to covering the patties with egg. The other change I would do is to simply mix the bread crums after the fish has cooled down.
Try it and let me know how it turns out. Great idea.
u dont need to repeat ur ingredients, have it in ur description .do fast plz we dont have much time.
well thx, it looks yummy :)

It is corainder leaves. Also known as cilantro. I am not sure but it may be called kusbara in Arabic, if that is your language.

I agree it is a bit cumbersome. I cook a big batch and freeze the kababs without frying. That way when I want to have kababs I thaw these and fry it.
