  • what i don't get, is why does he always reveal the box facing away from them... how are they supposed to know what's in it... just by the reaction of the crowd? or do they have a big screen with the camera feed on it?

  • Aww I wish she had got the 100k

  • everybody says i would change the box when in fact you really will never know what you would do as it isnt easy in that chair my mate was on that show and he wiseley dealt at £20k when he had 1p and £75k when his box was opened he had the 1p box. he said the feelings you get when ur faced with a choice like that is one hell of expirence he was gonna say no deal but he said his gut told him not too be greedy, greed only brings u down FACT

  • No I do mean gutsy, because she pretty much had doubt that that box 17 could contain £250 two times in a row.

Yeah the odds are the same, but its just that feeling you have!

Although, I know what you mean about greed =)

Funny how people who win big are not called greedy though? People rewarded with a big win are called brave, low winners that deline a large sum of money are greedy. No Logic in that at alL!

  • sorry she didn't win 100,000, but £250 is better than £1 eh?

  • One word: greedy.

  • lol, the face at 1:27

  • omg what a gutsy lady. what were the odds of £250 coming twice in a row...IN THE SAME BOX NUMBER?

I would have gone on, if £250 was in the same box number again.

  • The odds are the same every time, they don't change. Classic mistake.

  • No I do mean gutsy, because she pretty much had doubt that that box 17 could contain £250 two times in a row.

Yeah the odds are the same, but its just that feeling you have!

  • Once the first £250 comes, the odds of it being in the same box again don't change. It is still 1-in-22.

  • The odds change throughout the game. The chance of both being picked AND having the £250000 are 1in22 times 1in22. Once picked, the odds change to 1in22. As the game progresses the odds change. Take it from me, I studied probability.

  • @jacko28182

That's right. It's called "Gambler's Fallacy"; thinking that future probabilities will change based on past events, when they do not. I've once seen 75k pounds appear on the table 3 shows in a row! (none of which were won)

  • Wow. That was just too painful!

  • haha
