Had a kit kat a few days ago. We don't have them like that here though. I don't know if I have a favorite chocolate. I love chocolate covered cherries as a video I did earlier shows clearly. :) Though not sure which channel it was on. LOL.

I thought it would be easier to say which chocolate I didn't like but ummm no luck there either :p

Kit Kats are GREAT...never saw in that size or in dark choc. My fave is Hershey's Special Dark and sometimes the miniatures (Mr Goodbar/peanuts, Krackel/crisp rice). Mounds (dark choc with coconut) is very good too. It's too bad it's got a lot of fat, but not too sweet dark choc is otherwise very good for you. Just avoid ones with the high fructose corn syrups. Also a nice spoonful of peanut butter dipped into choc chips is yum.

I love chocolate, but I do keep it as a special treat. My preference is dark European chocolate, which contains antioxidants. It also helps us females not to kill people when we get overly hormonal. =]

May I ask, what company name is on the top right of "KIT KAT"?? In Canada, it says Nestle, in the US, it's Hershey... My friend from the United States thinks that Canada makes imposter Kit Kat... But if I am seeing Nestle correctly on your bar... I am more inclined to think it is the US that makes the imposter chocolate.

@NotYourAverageOne Wikipedia says that Kit Kat was first created by Rowntree of York England. In 1988 Rowntree was acquired by Nestlé. However, in the US, The Hersey Company had been producing Kit Kat under licence from Rowntree and so subsequently they are still doing so under licence that Nestlé inherited from Rowntree. Nestlé would probably like to void the licence but are contractually constrained.

Which is my favorite? Well there are Hershey's chocolate, Milky Ways, Reeses, Reeses Pieces, and M&Ms. Despite all of these delicious chocolates, I think that Hershey Hugs are probably my favorite. I'm in heaven everytime I have one. Unfortunately I hardly ever have one. KitKats are good but they are nowhere close to being my favorite chocolate.

Best chocolate ever, the chocolate in army ration pacts. It tastes like Easter egg chocolate used to do when we were kids. I think its made with powdered milk so it doesn't melt, anyway, the guys used to say it was worth joining the army for. Hmmm, almost !

I generally only like it when I am drinking coffee....i find the chocolate has an effect on the palate that enhances SOME types of coffee. (for example it is not nice with milky types of coffee eg. lates cappucinos, etc. but it is VERY nice with short or long blacks or long black with very small amount of milk.)

I like most chocolates with peppermint (though some are quite yucky, like that bubble shit nestle make - think its called aero).
