Don't know them personally...but it was done by "Crew of two" with a budget of only $2000. I had heard they wanted to be in Episode 2 or 3 so they made this

to show their tallents and skills. To bad Lucas didn't hook them up. They're real good! Especially that Tie Fighter design..Awesome !

@fotsifotsi ~ apparently the emperor didn't want any of the bodies to be recognized, because they were siths, so electrcuted them to burn the body evidence. making it seem that there was some freak of nature electric storm that killed them both. afterwards..probably took the lightsabers to hide evidence of them both being sith lords

That makes sense. But when you're talking about the strongest of a bunch of superhuman swordsmen that have swords that cut through almost anything and can use magic. You should take into mind that the one that lives (not the case here) will be pretty bad ass and able to take on almost anything. Only IMO though :P

The problem with that scene is that there is blood! THATS NOT GOOD.. there should be no blood after a lightsaser cut.

That's true, blood should not be exposed after a saber cut. Pure energy singes the wound(s), in effect closing them.

However, it is possible that the saber slice may not have been fully clean, making it probable that some part of the wound was still open.

Either way, it was an awesome short.

besides the fact that this moviehas exibited some of the worst swordplay and deuling i have ever had the misfortune to lay my eyes upon, it was pretty kewl. You should send this movie in to lucas arts to make a game like KOTOR out of it.
