what would work nicely is you can get some double sided tape and apply it all over the edges of the bottom of the CF. for a more secure, but damaging way, you can screw short screws about 1.5inch thick onto the board
What I do is use duct tape to hold it down and gallon water bottles to hold down the duct tape and still that doesn't even work that well. But I can't really do that much considering it's in my garage and it's always wet in there from cars.
Ur pad moves as much as mine does :(

if you got time u should attach a computer chair mat to the bottom of the CF. this would make it stay in place 100%
