I am a big fan of PF (have been for more than 30 years, already), and I am not afraid to say that this is not just a "decent" cover. Nope. It's freakin' awesome. What a difficult task, to render DSOTM making it bearable. Well, this band (DT) shows just how this is accomplished, and passed with honours.

It justn't really sound like Pink Floyd, as far as the vocals go. That's the only problem with covers, you can get as technically as you want with the guitars, drums, SFX, but in the end, it's all up to the vocalist to make or break the cover.

Yeahm I naver seen DT live. When they came to Sweden in 07 I wasnt so in to them, but now they are my favorite-band, exept Maiden. It must have been very emotional for you, coz maybe bands like DT doesnt often tour there, while they comes every tour to Sweden!!!

And yeah, it was problably very important to them, especially Mike, to play this songs live. What I was talking about was the big disscussion on if it was a tear or a sweatdrop on Mikes cheek! It would be sooo cool if it was a tear!!!
