I think the woman who played Suzee (Rebecca Herbst) was about 19 or 20 when this was filmed. She was born in 1977 and I'm assuming this was filmed mostly in late 1996 or early 1997 since it came out in 1997. That kind of made Harland and Catalina's relationship a bit creepy because Harlan (Walter Jones) was in his mid-20's during filming while Catalina (Jewel Staite) was only like 15.
actually Harland/Walter was born in 1970 and Jewel/Catalina was born in 1982, so it's like a 12 year difference between the two. But I agree with ChaosChronicle there just acting.
So since Harlan is ht e"King of the Hill" that would make him Hank?
