If you are missing one key in Mistpeak Valley (5/6) then it IS A BUG. Lionhead Messed it up. There is actually 8 keys in MILLFIELD. Fast travel there and then follow the path down and enter the Monorail station or 'The Hole' from there. Follow the path up to the ticket booth thing and walk round it, the FINAL key is there. Thumbs this up so people can see.
