  • A glass of calcium enriched orange juice or soya milk contains as much calcium - if not more - than a glass of cow's milk and it's a much healthier, tastier source.

  • I hope lots of people watch this then I wont have to keep answering that same old question "but where do you get your calcium if you dont drink milk?" AAAAAHHHH!!!!

  • you dont get any calcium from milk.. the calcium cells in milk are protected by caseine which cannot be disolved / penetrated by stomach acids. look it up..
