A glass of calcium enriched orange juice or soya milk contains as much calcium - if not more - than a glass of cow's milk and it's a much healthier, tastier source.

you dont get any calcium from milk.. the calcium cells in milk are protected by caseine which cannot be disolved / penetrated by stomach acids. look it up..
