@DeannaRose1213 Well, I'd personally sport this anywhere, but I'm also fond of bright makeup. If you think this is a bot much, the color itself is what makes the eyes pop. If you do a neutral eye and pop a liner this color on the top and very outer edge of the bottom you will have a similar, yet more wearable effect =0)

ive tried blue on my eyes but i feel that the blue is what stands out. i think purple shades or greens make my eyes stand out more. my eyes are not hazel, they are brown.

@superjuniorsfan4ever - Yes, it does depend on the shade of brown eyes.....this look would work best on people with light brown eyes. On dark brown eyes all you would see is the blue! <3

Hi i have a question, i love looks with eye liner on your water line.....but my eyes for some reason after putting it on feel blurry and watery, so the eyeliner ends up smearing around......... how can i keep it in place or is it possible that eyeliner is not for everyone..!!!! please let me know. i know when i stared using eyliner, i had to chnage around differnt brands because some were just not smooth enough and it took my eyes several weeks to get used to having makeup on the waterline
