I heard a story on NPR about the park (where these carp are) wanting to prevent people from throwing birthday cakes into the river, and the local yocals who are outraged about being forbidden from throwing birthday cakes at fishes. They sound like they could all use an X Box.

i live by paymatuning and people come here during the summer just for the fishing...
but this area is restricted for fishing becaue they want to preserve this strange gatering of carp..
