Great video. However, the serial number 5AX-162077 would date the machine to 1949. That explains the reason it has a metal body instead of a plastic body.
@jmorton528 Thanks. I got this from the Typewriter Serial Number database online. Plus it is chromed instead of nickled which, combined with the style of case, puts this in the 1960's. There were two different models called "Sterling"
