lol the only flaw in this is that you cant right click on the right hand pane where it has your Username and computer and documents and everything else

if you right click it just takes you to it but on the left click no right click proplerties for example on computer.

idk i think i installed that uxtheme patcher and it made me so i cant use my themes... when i change i get a debugger and i removed the debugger. so now i get errors and it wond allow me to change that, so i tryed to find a taskbar.... so i got this taskbar... but the think is... when i open the start menu its the windows classic start menu.. how do i change that ?

No, there's no need for a restart. The ViStart start menu will work right away. I run it on my Acer Aspire One netbook with XP and it works perfectly! :)
