  • jeff ritter is the best on line teache rbar none in my mind.

he explains things simply in leymans terms.and is easy to understand and

gives you some confidence you can have a good solid golf swing.thanks a lot jeff. i started taking the club away with the right arm and am hitting the ball high and solid and i am bang on plane 95% of the time.much obliged ric.

  • You have a beautiful swing...can you comment my swing please!

  • How long do you keep your the clubface aligned to the swing plane? Jim Hardy suggests keeping the face perpindicular to the swingplane for quite awhile but it appears to me you might be opening the face to almost toe up fairly soon. Can you comment on what you feel about your face alignment on the backswing?

  • Jeff, It would be great if you could play this i slow motion...

  • You look a lot like Scott McCarron

  • Absolutely perfect, simple swing. I also like that you do not really turn your waste around just your upper torso. Shows great flexibility to do that. Jeff, do you play with a strong, neutral, or weak grip. Can you post a video of where your hands are on the grip. I am a one plane golfer but recently experimented with a strong grip. It seems to help me square the face. Does this mean I am not continuing to turn through impact position?

  • Hey Jeff love your swing. I've been working on a one plane swing and have had good results ball striking has improved dramaticly. The only problems I've had are a slight push and a hook once and a while and I feel they are coming from the same problem but I can't feel anything in my swing that's causing it. I usually hit a little draw. If you or anyone else can give me some causes of these problems it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • hi, faust14200 - in the one plane swing the path / arc of the swing (as jeff points out) is around the body more than an 'upright' action. so, in the one plane action, the club needs work left / back inside through and after impact. if you're pushing, you're probably swinging a little bit out to the right, and the club can't quite square up. Similarly, if you're hooking, you're probably just trying to 'save' the push w/ your hands and closing the face. cont'. .........

  • ..... so, if you're approaching the ball too far from the inside, just focus on the very back (or, even slightly outside) of the ball and let your hands work back to the inside. Trust the body rotation to square the face and don't worry about hooking it.

  • You can easily shape shots with a one plane swing. ALL you have to do is close or open the face and aim right or left of the target. So yes, I bet he practices what he preaches.

  • Great footwork. QUIET going back. Turns and goes... I"m jealous

  • Do ya know a kid named Brett Meiners, hes in the PGM progarm at ASU.

  • uh... that swing is so on plane, it would make Hogan tear up!

  • Jeff, that looks better than last year!

  • Man, I wish I had that swing. Very nice.
