OMGoodness! I'm so glad I watched your review! I was considering the line but I stay away from cones and glycerine as much as possible because I live in the desert where the humidity level is so low; thus, it is difficult to keep my hair mosturized. Cones and glycerine dry my hair out like a dry sponge.

I don't want to sound like a know it all but keep in mind, the bottle says that ONLY the carrots are organic, not the shampoo itself.( All that fine print nonsense) I made a note of that last night when I had decided to not buy it.

Okay, I bought the conditioner.  I love the way it made my hair feel in the shower. Right now I am about to air dry my hair.

I went to Wegmans and Target, but the conditioner was sold out. The next day, I had my husband stop by Rite Aid and there was only one left. Of course, he bought it. This stuff must be amazing because they are flying off the shelves. FYI, my hair is natural.

What is the deal with cones? I see people using products with cones and their hair is fine. Also since i have started my regimen 2 mon. ago, I still see lots of small hairs coming out (breakage). I moistuirse and protect. Any advice as to whats going on.

@kmcl11 ... Some people hair just does not behave or like with products with cones... Cones can also cause build up on the hair that can cause hair to feel strange or prevent other products from working properly... I personally don't have problems with cones

i agree with what a lot of what you said...i recently purchased the shampoo & cond & the shampoo did strip my hair...& i can't stand that feeling! i'm always wanting something more moisturizing...the cond wasn't too bad but i'd def use it & maybe buy it again...but i'm thinking about just using it until it's gone & then try something else! can you recommend a good moisturizer in the mean time!? thanks :o)

The shampoo is really only stripping if you use it daily... my hair only gets washed twice a week and I use the Carrots one, don't have greasy hair problems. Therefore I call YMML.

I tried the conditioner and hated it. The smell was so strong when I washed it out that it was making me dizzy. Also, my hair felt so stripped... I had to rewash and recondition.

Just to clarify I dont use the shampoo just the YTCucumber conditioner. But I love it. I use it as a leave in and a CoWash:)

I only use the Shampoo as a clarifier. It is VERY stripping. The Conditioner is THE BEST!!! As for the mask, its a hit and miss thing, sometimes I feel great after using it and sometimes it makes my hair hard. Im wondering now after your vid if its due to the amt of NG on my head.

While transitioning I don't even shampoo I just co-wash. I don't like running the risk of stripping the hair. I've yet to find a shampoo that I like. Thanks for your review. Have you ever tried Uans?

I had the same thing happen with the Yes to Cucumbers shampoo. It smells soooooooooooo good, but my hair was so dry and so tangled...it just felt horrible.....worse than any shampoo I've ever used. I use it as a body wash now.

You are dead on about this brand. I like the conditioner, but it takes too much for my hair. I mean I'm done w/ half of the bottle and my hair just sucks it in. Thanks for the review on the full line of products...I've been eyeing the mask, but i'll pass

I haven't tried the hair products from yes to carrots but I have tried some of their skin care products and I have found that line to be hit or miss. Some products are really bad while others are much better. Thanks for reviewing the hair line.
