that's a awesome city. also, i have the same problem with the housing. I've built condominiums and apartments and they never live in them. you should try demolishing the ghetto or put the rent to zero and just wait for them to fill in. then raise the price steadily

i like the look of tropico 4 because there is actually more than a tiny amount of island, so you can really build stuff. is tropico 4 worth 40 bucks, considering the 3 was only 4 bucks at the time?

How do you go into year 2048? My game only lets me go until year 2000, and sweet ass island. Try importing goods into your factories and not have any farms if you want millions of dollars, only tip I can give you.
