@uraz88 Go to epsxe - Config - Video - psx emulation cheater 2.5 configure - Refresh Rate and then move the scroll all the way to the left which says fast computer under every frame.

@DominiqueDN Should work just fine with gameshark or codebreaker. If you're using an emulator, like emulation cheater, then go to config video, psx emulation cheater settings, refresh rate and put the stick on refresh every frame which usually requres a fast computer, the codes will be written on every literal game frame.
