Men in ballet--don't have to all to be "primer danseur nobles" worthy of Bolshoi. Ballet is about the spirit, the craft, the practice, the passion, the commitment, the love, the desire, the physical and soulful treatment--not the technique, unless you're in a major company. I assume largely these guys are just havin' fun. The thing is--the men have it easier in ballet, but ballet is easier for the women. The "great sport" is really for them. But still... here WE are.
