They have gone for help from the people supposedly there to protect and serve them, and the woman should do her duty and investigate what they are saying, if she doesn't know she should say so and go and find out, not just keep repeating what her bosses have trained her to say and not believe a word anyone else says.

Look up Criminal Law Act 1977 section 6.
The Bailiffs acted criminally by causing Violence against Man OR Property.
And if aided and abetted by the Police Constable on Oath is even worse.
