My mix bred dog used to do this, but she got kicked out of the team bacause she wasn´t a Husky. (Even though she pulled harder than some of the Huskies.)

If you actually knew anything about huskies then you'd know that the top coat protects from heat just as it insulates them from cold. That's why you don't shave them in the hot months.

Huskies can live comfortably in the same climates humans can.

If it was a pack of bulldogs then it's something to worry about since they're not bred to withstand heat or cold.

Seriously, do your research before you spout off about what people should and shouldn't do.

@dog4company The dogs are well hydrated before the runs, plus if the temperatures go up, we cut the runs short and generally do ground work with the teams on 1/2 or 3/4 mile runs.
