@inogi339 hey... there is a smaller version of this dog called shiba inu. they are about medium sized dogs. you should check out vids here in youtube. they look similar, if not identical.

uhh guys, you DO know that this isn't the real Hachiko right? Hachikō died on March 8, 1935 and was found on a street in Shibuya. But this one is really cute and he really looks like him.

actually akita ken and akita inu are exactly the same thing...in japanese ken and inu are 2 different ways to same the same thing (dog) and use the same kanji...hope this helps to clear the doubt
