giving medicine correctly

you taught me a lot for me to care my baby properly in giving medicine...

i just want to know how will i give her medicine without crying and choking...

my daugther is 10 month old now..

she has a primary complex thats why everyday its like a scary time for her every time ill give it...

she spit off and sometimes cant breathe when i dropped the medicine on her mouth...

pls help me how to give her medicine properly..
