about 100,000 people left Kansas City since 2000. We try to pretend like we are an "affordable city" yet we are building more Zona Rosas. Instead of attracting more affordable housing we allow the further gentrification of our neighborhoods. Sure we want a nice city but if I wanted a Chicago or Ft Laurdedale I would move there. We allow apartments to charge $950 for an one bedroom apartment. What about the minuim wage worker where will they live Nebraska? How will you change this?
