I did some research so i found out this, Eggman was transform from a good doctor to a evil doctor he was also teleported to mobius, Sonic used to be brown but something happen that cause him to turn blue, then Earth was like it is now but, attack or something a alien octo. cause them to attack the earth with a Gene Bomb causing people's DNA to merge with animals and what not so in the Sonicverse Earth gets a makeover o.o ....

@misthog Actually, this clip is loosely based on the original story of how Sonic and Tails met. So, it's almost accurate. Tails sees Sonic running and leaving blue streaks around the area. He follows this back to where sonic was at. Afterwards, he finds sonic sleeping under his antique plane, and decides to fix it one day. Blah, blah, blah, the rest is history. Sonic flies the tornado in Sonic 2. Sonic also confirms that the original (red) Tornado is his plane in Sonic Adventure.
