gary is not enemies with the professor. the sparks of ideas coming out of the videos are part of the ongoing spectacle of the conversation about the nature of reality which we are all interested in. so when gary and the professor exchange videos it's like a sparkle fest of ideas grinding on the question of "what is it?"
Theres nothing as romantic as watching people die slowly from disease and decrepitude. Its enthralling to watch once proud ppl reduced to helpless husks soiling themselves and being pumped with a ton of meds to keeps the pharmaceutical giants rolling in cash.
nicely done. i get frustrated when people insist on using words like divine or 'greater meaning'. you're totally right, the implication of that mode of thinking is very theistic and basically counter productive to really understanding what we are.
'life' is not humans. the meaning of life, as has been discussed recently, does not pertain to just our own experience. life is trees, it is fish it is all that jazz. the 'meaning' of life therefore is this crude 'project itself into the future' motive

No words lol. Consumption & reproduction, pretty straight forward.
To be honest, I'm kinda sick of words like divine & spiritual. Especially spiritual because it usually implies a "God" of some kind. And once "God" is involved, anything's possible. The guy supposedly has superpowers for fuck sake! And why doesn't he come down & share his powers with his beloved creations, instead of being up in the clouds somewhere, where no one can see him or hear him or provide any evidence for him?
