Actually the HIV statistics in India were revised downwards so India actually has the 2nd highest AIDS rate (and the second highest population). Having HIV is nothing to be ashamed of, it is not a moral issue, it is a health issue. Many Afghans and Paks are hooked on opium and you would be crazy to think that your people are immume. Also, India has higher Human Development Indicators than Pakistan so I would think about your criticisms.

Today's dynamic Pakistan is robust and Insha-Allah it will become stronger and stronger; I admit we do have turbulences but that's part of life I guess and all developed nations gone through this but I firmly believe Pakistan will rise.
