@AngelicWhisperings Lol! Thank-you so much :) I always kind of worry that you guys will say...omg...enough with the seeds...and pinecones...but it still seems to be doing okay lol!
I love this video! The bit where you said you used to go in garden and pick vegetables just got me reminiscing when I used to do it =) I grow so much in the summer time so I can continue the tradition of snacking on vegetables haha.. You should defo make a video on your garden in the summer, I bet it's a wonder to behold. Brilliant as always =) =)
@WhisperMister1 Hello there :))) See???? I knew you were likely a garden snacker too lol!!! My kids are so used to helping themselves that last fall we went into a corn maze...it was HUGE...and it was taking a little longer than we thought to find our way out...so they just grabbed an ear of corn and had a little snack lol! As for my garden being a wonder to behold...don't hold your breath lol!!! It's quite low key :) Very simple...but I love it :) Hugs!!!!
Loved this! I can't wait until we have enough space to have a vegetable garden. I look forward to having my kids help out with it!! Thanks for this great video. :)
@WhisperCrayon Thank-you! I think you'll love gardening with your kids when you get the space :) It's so fun to see things through their eyes...you know? When mine were toddlers...I would give them their own 4 foot section...and wowza!!! Lol!!! Who knew that marigolds, carrots, a potato plant AND a pumpkin could all fit in there lol!!!
"You might find this soothing or relaxing". Of course its soothing and relaxing:) I fell asleep sometime around when you poured the seeds into the jar!
@TheWhisperWinds Thank-you! It's always nice to hear that I might have helped somebody fall asleep :) Hope things are going well! Looking forward to another vid from you and your fantastic whisper :))))
This has to be your most relaxing video yet, and that is saying something. I would pay for this, it is that good. Perfect pace, just the right degree of whisper and your usual great sound quality. Thank you, Marni, for taking the time to make this lovely video.
@Flemoipad Really? :)))) Wow! Thank-you so much! I really tried to slow down in this one...b/c for me the slower the better for asmr...so I'm really happy to hear that it was liked :) So are both of your projects done now...and ready for the shelves? Have you started anything new? I hope you and your family are doing well! I think we'll have to catch up soon :)
I love your videos :-) and I bet you have a beautiful house and garden as you love nature so much. When I get my own place I may ask you for some advice regarding decor and gardening :-) xxx
@WanderingWhisperer29 Oh! What a wonderful compliment!!!! My house is really not filled with a lot of new and fancy things...but I find it comfy :) I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to talk home decor! Lol!!! It's one of my hobbies :) Thank-you so much for commenting!
Loooooovely, Marni. Fun story, I saw a mortar and pestle for sale today and it instantly reminded me of you! I thought about buying it only to show it to you, but realised that would be a waste of money because I would probably never use it anyway. You are the mortar and pestle queen, haha. I agree, some "out-and-about in the garden" videos would be right on the money. Take care!
@kiwiwhispers You don't know how it warms my heart that you thought of me while you were out in the shops :))) Isn't it cool how we've all gotten to know one another here in the community? Little things in our everydays can bring thoughts of each others interests! I was so happy to see your photography video yesterday! You are fantstic with a camera!!!
I don't have enough yard space for a garden so I did some container gardening last summer. Only tomatoes and green peppers but it saves a few dollars and they are so delicious. It was great just walking out the back door and grabbing a tomato for a sandwich.
We have a community garden and I've been thinking to find out about having a small plot there this year. I won't have much time over the summer so it can't be too big.
If I do the same veggies at home, I could put in a few lettuce varieties, carrots, maybe some garlic and green onions in the plot. We eat a lot of salads when it's too hot to cook or I'm pressed for time and I am all about saving money when possible. :-)
@debbieomi Hello :))) I garden much witht he same idea as you I think :) Mine isn't very big...well compared to the one of my childhood lol!!! I just plant to eat fresh for the summer...but I'm starting to think about making it bigger...b/c i have the room...and that way i can maybe get into canning and freezing more for the winter months. Thing is...that might be more work than I'm wanting lol! I love the idea of it though :)
Ah...I see you were already gonna do the whole gardening idea. Great minds think alike! I look forward to it...Is it strange for a 19 year old guy to enjoy gardening? Meh whatever! great video and I look forward to the spring for the videos :)
I remember when I was 10 years old my mom gave me a small patch of the garden to grow whatever I wanted. We were going to have a competition to see what tasted better! I grew carrots, potatoes, and corn. Rabbits ate the carrots, disease took the potatoes, and the corn blew away. FAIL. Needless to say I never tried gardening again lol. Perhaps in the spring you could make some sort of gardening/whisper video? Not sure why but I think it would be relaxing! :)
@WhisperingCanadian That...my friend...is a sad gardening story indeed lol!!!! But you can live vicariously through me...in the spring I'll do gardening vids for you...and it'll be just like you have your very own lol!!! And it's so not strange for a 19 year old to enjoy gardening :) I mean ...if you garden while wearing a tin-foil helmet or something....then that MIGHT be a little odd..lol!!!! But I'd love ya anyway lol!!!
This was magnificent- hypnotic- magical- entrancing- just like you.
I love to grow what I can in my garden too. I have a nice big fig tree, raspberries, a couple apple trees, and I try to grow stuff every year, but peas seem to be the only thing that ever survives our soggy front yard. :)
@SilentCitadel Hello!!! Thank-you for always giving such warm and colorful comments lol!!! Feels so nice :) I was trying to think of what might like your soggy front yard...but I'm not too sure...hmmm...I'll maybe dig out a gardening book and see...(ha! I made a pun...and I didn't mean to lol) Yes....I'm a nerd...but happily so ;) If I could make a future request...I would love to see you make a video of your fig tree when it's in bloom or heavy with fruit!!! xox :)
Great Video!! I have a horrible headache and this just thing I needed to relax and sleep! Thank you so much! You have an amazing voice and your videos are always so interesting. Please keep them coming. With so many people's lives being so busy and so stressful, people who do these videos are like angels. Thank you!
@Sem9557 Oh...you are soooo welcome :) I hope you got rid of your headache...and I love making these videos :) I'm a big fan of so many of the other whisperers and asmr people out there...so I'm thankful to them for keeping me relaxed lol!!! We all kind of take care of each other here...the whisperes and the listeners are equally important to each other... and we keep our happy community thriving!
So happy to see this video pop up tonight, Marni! Very relaxing, soothing. I really like to watch/listen to people play with seeds, sand, salt on a flat surface with their hands. LOL at your tags! Wasnt boring at all! I am looking forward to seeing your marigolds bloom :-)
@kell909 You caught those silly tags huh? lol!!! I'm glad you liked it! I love the sound of seeds or beads and little things like that on flat surfaces too....BIG asmr trigger for me :) As for the marigolds....I'm looking forward to them blooming too lol!!! I love winter...but I'm so ready to play in the dirt and not have to put layers of clothes on lol! How are things going with your project? I want to see those elephants lol!!!
@natureswhispers LOL I wont let you down on the "elephant project" I promise! I just got to get my hands on a camera. Patience is a virtue, right? Blah! lol!! I hope I can maybe borrow one. Good things come to those who wait. Wow, I'm the queen of cliches today.
@TheBermuda Thank-you!!! I think I definitely save money during the summer...we eat fresh vegies from the end of June until the weather starts to go at the beginning of Sept...and then there are the potatoes and turnips...beets...those fall time treats to be harvested. So I never really need to buy vegie produce in those months. I think if I made my garden bigger...and tried my hand more at canning and freezing things...I'd find a huge savings...b/c I could (con't)
@TheBermuda continue saving money throughout the winter months. I'm seriously considering doing this...as my boys are getting closer to the teen years...their appetites are getting bigger and bigger lol!!! Are you considering planting a garden? Or do you already?
oh this is so great! And i got so many tingles from the seedss oh my goodness!!:):) hope youre doing well naturewhispers!
