  • Toooooooo cuteeeeee

  • My suggestion to start Quakers talking is play "Peek-a-Boo" with them, they love it! Especially in their "Happy Huts" - every Quaker should have one, as they are a nesting bird, they love their HH's (:

  • Who's the sourface who thumbed down this adorable vid lol

  • Sweet bird you have! The two of you have a great friendship and it shows!

  • This Video Is Precious<3 lol

  • i love quaker parrots, i have one thats about 4 years old and i cant imagine not having her

  • @Labyrintheart

The little poots do know how to work their way into your heart, don't they?

  • @qpwillie

that they do! they're so silly, its funny you say "poots" I call my little Otis, Pooter sometimes Lol

I dont know for sure if mines a male or female though, but she seems like a girl to me, but her names Otis cause shes a Quaker Oat-is

    (slaps knee)

  • aww thats so cute.

  • @notigiwa

I didn't say he was singing. However, he does do the "pop" part which is part of the song so in fact, he is helping me sing.

Sorry it wasn't what you expected.

  • @qpwillie it should be titled "me singing to the quaker" you twat.

  • @notigiwa OMG we have a whiner, dude, this is a quaker, not an african grey, they can't say as much, maybe u should invest in a book about birds.

  • In ALL my 20yrs of "avian experience". This video takes the cake folks, plan and simple. And i've dealt with MANY, MANY, birds over the years, both wild and domestic. However, this video hands down, is just about the most adorable thing i've seen in a long while. I can't wait, to get my blue "mutation" IRN, or Indian Ringneck Parakeet. Don't get me wrong; I love, love, love, Quaker Parrots. But they certainly can't match, the AWESOME "vocal clarity" IRN's are capable of. I hope my IRN will sing.

  • @tomtalker2000

    Thanks!

IRNs are beautiful birds. When do you plan to get your blue?

All parrots are fascinating to me. Of course, there are none like Willie but it's possible that I might be just a bit prejudice. LOL

  • this is adorable

  • awww i have a baby one of these. she can't talk yet, we're trying to teach her a few tunes = )

  • I have a Quaker and she Sings Old McDonald and other stuff ... lol Cute bird!

  • haha that's awesome! so adorable! =D

  • I Like How He Dances Alonge The Song, My Grandfather Has An 19 Year Old Female Quaker, Poochie. She Is Not Trained Of Anykind But She LOVES To Be Held In Her Favorite Blankie (Her Towel) And She Can Talk Alot. She Is Old Although She Is Still Very Active, Happy, And Healthy.

  • how cute

  • lol awesome

  • that's adorable!

  • tooo cute!!!!

  • that was nice, love birds.

  • Absolutely enjoyable and so cute!

  • Can't get better than a Quaker. LOVE mine.

    They love to dance.

    Very cute vid.

  • @wingnutwally

Thanks, on behalf of Willie. LOL, he's the one with the talent.

Yeah, all you gotta do is realize how intelligent they are and treat them accordingly and they'll amaze you every day. Willie is a little over four years old and I helped hand feed him as a baby. I can't imagine life without him.

  • @qpwillie I sure can't imagine life without my Shamrock. (Shammy.)

  • TAT IS SOOO CUTE!!

  • that's adorable!

  • That's adorable--my Quaker is 33 this year--he loved this video!

  • human years old? 33? if so thats crazy long time for an animal.

  • Parrots are different, no idea why, but the small ones like budgies will live 12-20 years, cockatiels 15-25 years, quakers and conures 30-45, galahs and medium sized 'toos and medium sized macaws45-70, the bigger cockatoos and Macaws can live 60+100. People don't realise how long the commitment is when they buy parrots as pets. And the teenage years are just as hellish...

  • @birdgirl843 Bless your heart! I know these babies have a nice long life!

  • thats just too cute!!!!

  • cute :)

  • Our Quaker does something similar. We leave the last "note" for him, and he's always on cue :P. Yours looks like he's moving to the rhythm too :P

  • i wish my quaker would do something like that.

    shes stubborn.
