we tried to drive up the first day, I turned around and said no thanks!! Took the cog the second day,,, very cool vacation............ a must see!

This is an awesome trip to take ... you can all take a look out at the scenery ... no one has to worry about driving ...

I wish i would have had a digital camera still great experience make sure you take a coat it get's cold the higher the elevation.

As the saying goes, "I'm bored generally means I'm boring."

Your generation has been sadly warped. You're used to just lying back and being entertained to the point your sense of wonder has been effectively destroyed.

It's not just you; you're utterly typical for your age. But, I encourage you to not be typical. Ask yourself the tough questions, like, "if Pike's Peak bored me, is it the mountain's fault or mine? Is what I normally do to entertain myself ruining and jading me?
