  • 551,000 RNB??? Thats like $80,566 in US Are you sure thats correct?

  • Yes, I'm sure. But remember, it only takes a few diamonds and some gold to increase the price of these things to astronomical hights....

  • @Xiantez Its diamond studded.

  • Hi, my name is Emma. Im doing a children's TV show about cultures for my university project and our episode is on china. I'm asking people around if we could please use some footage of your videos and credit you in the show. May I please use some of your footage (not all) in our program? I look forward to hearing from you Lv Em x

  • Hi Emma,

Feel free to use some of my footage for your project as long as it is non-commercial and I am credited.

  • if you want to purchase stuff from Beijing's Silk Market, without actually having to go there, look for our online store on google by searcing for Silk Market.

We are in Beijing, working closely with vendors at Silk Market and some other well known markets. Tell us what you need, and well go there, pick up stuff, check the products quality and ship it directly to your home.

    Cheap & Simple.

  • Excellent - Thank you! Very informative

  • i might be traveling to beijing, in the summer for 2 weeks to volunteer at a summer camp, if i get accepted, and hope to make it to these places on the weekends.

i think i'm going to do all my christmas shopping there for 2010!

  • thank you for the video . I live vacariously through you. Kudos!

  • Very informative video. I wish I can afford to go there for shopping. Can you find Gucci, Prada , Versace etc etc etc ?

  • Thanks. Yes, you can find all those brands.

  • I've been there before, everything you said is absolutely true.

  • what is the opening song!?? i love it! please tell me! xD

  • I actually like the market style shopping places more than the department stores here in America. In beijing, all the bargaining and haggling makes the atmosphere really fun, while the malls in America just seem so uptight. This is from a girl who lives in America and goes back to Beijing every couple of years.

  • except the one important fact that 90% of all things sold in those markets are fakes.

  • agree,,,the shopping and bargaining itself is fun

  • @Titania400 hey is it worth visiting and how good is the shopping??how much stuff can u actually bring back without getting in trouble

  • Soo you have to haggle and bargain in every shop you go in beijing ?

  • No, only in the market style shopping areas. In the big modern department store you normally do not bargain. Of course you can always try though... :)

  • thanks alot

it helps alot when im going to beijing this summer pretty

worried about the smog cause of my ashma but i think its cleared up by then xD

  • Love this video, keep going man! :)

  • yea me to im visiting beijing in three weeks from 3 juni, but is it in the silk market they sell the gucci phones or?

  • Thank you so much! This is helpful - I am planning to visit Beijing, soon!

  • china is great~~^^

  • sellers will try to pull you, disturb you.. they are very rude uneducated people,,be carefull..

  • many cheaters there,,watch out,,,

  • really nice vid!...made wanna go there!

  • I like it!

It's not only about shopping but you get an impression of the city and it's people!
