Poor little tyke..from what I can see the only thing that's wrong with it is that she's frightene out of her wits, not surprising considering it looks to be about 3 weeks old...good chance she's feral that you're the first humans she'd ever been around. Not to worry though..at that age she should warm up to people within a few days...just be gentle and she'll be okay.

i found a kitten too on my porch, she was just like this one.
she is 8 years old now and sitting on my lap as i type this.
fwi, cats can't digest cows milk, not to worry thats all you had.
whiskers kitten milk has no lactose.
