If the Ifugao people had inhabited the Sierra Madre, would they have also built rice terraces in the slopes of this mountain range? We should be grateful for the nomadic way of life of the Dumagat people because this is one of the reasons why the forests of Sierra Madre remained intact. The entry of lowlanders, both rich and poor, caused the destruction of Sierra Madre's forests.

I think we should do something to stop these loggers to cut all our trees especially in sierra madre, the only thing is to shoot and kill the loggers and not to wait for government to take action against these logger operator., "The only necessary thing for the evil to exist is for the good men to do nothing". LETS SAVE THE FOREST
I think we better stop the loggers by using the IPRA law IPS should control there communities because most IPs were the main protector of the forest or they should carry weapons! I think thats much better to do than to take legal action against loggers
Agree 100%! In fact, that's what the Dumagats were afraid of. And because of lack of livelihood, the locals are the ones cutting trees. They know it's bad for the environment but they have to eat. Somebody has to do something and we were hoping this would wake up some people in the government. Man, if you can just see what remains of the Sierra Madre -- BEAUTIFUL!!!
yes, I would agree with tonyoquias "shoot to kill all these loggers" their mean and greedy people.
while the rest are trying to save our less fortunate people and our mother earth..

no body can stop those stupid idiot illegal loggers. if they find out that you have a cause against them, they'll just kill you.
