She is not fat or thick, she is that way because of the gymnastics, there for she was a lot of musle tissue, and if she wants to get thin she can't because you can't lose muscle tissue in any way :) Shawn Johnson is the best !

If it wasn't the case people would just have to train once to get muscly and then they would enjoy their fit body for the rest of their lives (just making sure they don't put on fat). But that's definitely not the case >< Low protein diet and/or low exercise = melting muscle

Fat??? I have a friend pretty much built the same way as Shawn. Her dad used to win soooo many bets with his army buddies by betting them that his little girl could do 50 push-ups. To the poster who said this isn't salsa..let me tell u that I have been dancing salsa for 10 years and this was the best salsa of the night. It had actual salsa steps and the choreography was great. What Tony did with Melissa was not salsa it was cha cha, mambo and anything else he came up with but not an actual salsa
