would make for a nice dinning table.... then billiards room at night, most dinning rooms are fairly large and sophisticated, great idea i say....i want one... maybe ill just build one
cool design im just wondering what the actual dimension of the table are like is it a regulation nine ball table and another thing is howbout those rails they look kinda stiff to me doesn't look like they'd be to lively cool concept tho
most office desks are 30 x 60, but this concept could be incorporated into any size with the same proportions... the table is stiff enough to provide good rebound if good materials are used such as K-66 profile reinforced natural gum rubber
@ colomblanco it's not that i know forsure that they'd be stiff, but you know when you play on a shitty table that doesn't have alot of wait to it the balls seem to take the rails in a differant manner im just assuming by the looks of this thing thats there's not alot of weight to the table
leave it to the french to design a totally useless table. with such little mass, i'm sure the table would not have a pro feel to it at all. i dont think playing a real game of pool on that table would be inspiring at all. imagine bumping a ball off the rail and having the whole table shudder after the collision.
Awesome

@trumanhw these are all things we'll sacrifice for 'convenience' or expediency. figuratively speaking, as it were.

@blankslate3 I know you can feel stiffness, but how can you see if a rail is stiff?
