the reason why this game is so expensive for ps2 is because its rare as hell. it sold well but they had to pull the game off the shelves cause capcom no longer had the marvel license. the dream cast version is cheaper cause they sold more copies and is closer to the arcade port.

do you mean you only have one special bar when youre pressing both bumpers?

if youre trying to do a 2 part hyper combo you have to do the first one, and while the first one is going, initiate the 2nd hyper combo that your NEXT character will use

EXAMPLE: team- Ryu, Akuma, etc.

Ryu=Hadouken ,next initiate Akuma's Hadouken special
