  • lol i see this episode n remember Brisco County Junior lol

  • I can empathise with cullan, the way he said he was scared to death! I use to fight all the time and did,nt care, then i had an accident and ive never been the same since! Now im scared to death to fight!

  • @LucaBlightBadass Indeed, we've all felt the icy hand of fear grabbing our balls at one time or another, and it sucks.

  • @LucaBlightBadass Proof that you shouldn't fight!

  • @borgduck Well yeah, my body's a bit fucked lol! Scared dosen't mean a guy cant fight, i know some guys with no fear but are the shitist fighters ive ever seen!

  • MMMMm METH i dn't sleep i don't eat but i got the cleanest house on the street mm meth oo meth

  • your example spans 7 years

  • there it goes again it says Switz 1810 not 3 episodes ago it said somewhere in the new world in North America in 1817.......now how can Duncan have been in both places at the SAME TIME ??? and still have been in yet another place helping someone else at the same time...........no consistency what so ever.............Tell me I'm not the only one that caught that ..please?

  • here's a question.......who made up the rule that immortals with Dark hair can blend in anywhere in any timeline but Blonde bad guys stick out like a sore thumb....xD

  • LMAO @eggiex1 DOH!

  • That Cullen guy looks like he would be a werewolf on True Blood.

  • Does anyone recognize the car Cullen was driving before he wrecked?

  • Richie said "He was gonna kill your ass" lol Richie just being a realest on this 1.

  • This episode is one of my favorites. The actor who played Cullen was badass. Really gave that character a tragic villain that just feed into the craziness of his meltdown into hell. There can be only one.

  • Haha, Richie's lines can be priceless. When Duncan told him not to face him because of how good Cullen is: "He's an idiot... *pauses* ... how good?"

  • Snorts enough to make a cocaine pancake then "IM HAVING A BAD DAY" LMFAO!!!

...AND I CANT BELIEVE THE PRODUCERS FOLLOWED UP THE ANGELIC FACE THAT WAS TESSA TO THIS DR. CHIC

  • Snorts enough to make a cocaine pancake then "IM HAVING A BAD DAY" LMFAO!!!

  • Lol girl he's with in san fran has one hell of a butter face ugliest girl I've seen him.

  • wtf is that at 6:46

    explosion @ acid trip?

  • I don't get it, why does she say on your left if she's going toward him and HE'S on the left?

  • @TKA001 ...because she is on his left...

  • this episode maybe the foreshadowing of duncan's fate? that's why cullen told him not to be the best.... becausse everyone is after his head...... until duncan himself gets too paranoid as well...

  • so to all you highlander fanatics, duncan got cut in the neck.... shouldn't that be permanent? it's like the villain in a previous episode who has a cut in the neck. .....excellent fight seen in the end... it's like watching highlander, fight club, wwe hell in a cell/backroom brawl, and UFC/MMA all rolled into one......

  • @nsingsonddm Not if it does not severe the vocal chords. Vocal chords get cut u get a scar. A slice is not vocal chord cut. It's makes since.

  • whoa!!!! this is bad casting... the girl duncan was with in the flashback, katherine, was sharon, an immortal from the episode prior to this one (rite of passage)..... they shouldn't do that on back to back episodes..... i understand guest stars playing different minor characters in two or more different episodes.... but don't do it back to back....bad casting on this one

  • Did Cullen want to die? Looks like before that last maneuver he sort of thinks a bit, then deliberately let Mac take his head. Sort of like suicide by Immortal.

  • On the Swords appearing out of nowhere issue.

In one of the story's in 'an evening at Joe's' they say that the the immortals sew special pockets into their clothing that acts as a scabbard to hide the swords. Each immortal has there own special hiding method.

I have always wondered how they get the swords past the metal detectors at the airport.

  • Drugs Kills, even for Imortals, no fencing swords, walking in the edge of dark too. Great lesson.

  • i think it's safe to say that that was THE worst version of Oh Danny Boy i've ever heard :)

  • @yeshua4givs I don't know if most people would even know all the words...it's like old lang syne where everyone knows the one verse but mumbles the rest... :)

  • Sometimes I think Duncan is a bit too forgiving of some of his old friends. He's known Cullen has had a major drugs problem for hundreds of years but keeps thinking he can simply 'cure' him and he'll be back to the way he was. He should have listened to Richie.

  • @Daithi24 Never judge a man untill you've been in his shoes.... Great story line here. Always love the dilema's this show came up with. There should have been ongoing spinoffs just to address all the issues immortals face.

  • all immortals have different swords and different ways of concealment, but duncun's is by far the coolest,he just wears a oversizerd sweet suit

  • excelente episodio !!!

  • Come to think of it Duncan's swordsmanship improved alot after taking out Cullen. hats off to the stunt team on this episode.

  • So how many more "friends" of McCloud are going to try & take his head?

  • Proof that all Immortals called Cullen are douches!!

  • this is one of my favs out of them all, especially the ending, how close things get for Duncan, and maybe also because as much fun as it would be to be an immortal, in alot of ways it would only prolong a deeper problem, i feel like Cullen but im not even 30....... who wants to live forever right???

  • The little girl Anne treats looks like one of the Olsen twins.

  • I hate the style of this Anne. She lacks grace.

  • brian was a cautionary tale of how even being immortal can be a drag and depressing for some.

brian reminds me of godric from ture blood.

    basically sick of being immortal

  • dam they really were all about cocaine in the 80's

  • 90's...and they still are.

  • Immortals must have bags of holding issued to them so they carry their swords around in clothing that wouldn't conceal a sword.

  • I figure they can teleport their swords to them, it just has to be nearby like in his car.

  • @Galhar Well, if that's the case, how come in Leader of the Pack, season 4, he didn't "teleport" his sword to him from his car? One of the big things people need to realize is that things on film don't necessarily have to make sense in the real world. It's generally accepted by directors/writers/producers of the show that Immortals don't have a "Mystical portal" they pull their swords from. It's simply movie magic. The swords are hidden beneath their garments. 99% of Immortals are not magicians.

  • @murrayro Galhar was referring to the fact that most of the time you don't see a sword blade sticking out anywhere on an immortal's body so then it must be completely hidden under his or her clothes and if that's the case then why is it they don't walk funny. And not only that, but if it was completely hidden under clothes then why don't we see them taking ALOT of clothes off before a fight, not just a jacket or shirt but like pants and stuff?

  • @4turrold5 I can understand that as intellectuals we have to question the fact that the mass of an object such as a sword would be difficult to hide under clothing. Trust me when I say, it's taken me a looooong time to just let it slide, and I've watched Highlander the Series and been a fan since season 3 came out on TV. I must, however, question the idea that they are all wizards who can call their blades to them at will. Even though it may seem plausible.

  • @4turrold5 We must instead realize that these men and women are exactly that, men and women blessed and cursed with Immortality, and that the special effects department of the show had a limited budget that was mostly spent on their quickenings. The makers of the genre did not intend to make all of them wizards with swords, otherwise something as absurd as creating a portal inside their coats to pull their swords from would have been SOMEWHERE in the show or movie.

  • @4turrold5 I understand where you and Galthar are coming from, and I hear this a LOT from people who are just trying to figure out, but honestly, there's nothing to figure out, you just have to suspend our disbelief for an hour or two and enjoy the show. I guarantee there's more to it than where they pull their swords from. Pretend they pull them outta their ass, or make believe they collapse like a blindman's cane for all I care, but let it slide and just watch and enjoy

  • @Galhar they probably practice hiding swords under their clothing

    for many years

  • Wow, Duncan is such a pimp! I should get on a bike trail and run into a chick on her bike, then use Duncan's pickup lines... see how it goes... ^_^

  • @eggiex1 LOL!, I'll send a "get out soon" card to your jail cell.

  • Happy Holidays!
