They say the more recent BTCC is the closest most successful series to date. Watching these old Super Touring car era videos, I would highly disagree. Bring back big budget factory teams!! Mind you, in this eco cost saving hippy days, it'll never ever return :(
i'm in the US and i used to watch NASCAR but just never seemed as interesting as the BTCC...i'm hoping at some point i will be able to see a race when i visit britain again.
@asulca593 BTCC still is very good. The super tourers were the best, but the NGTCs will hopefully provide excellent action, especially with the new cars and drivers. NASCAR only ever gets interesting when someone crashes, which is the same with most F1 races.
I miss this old race cars/series BTCC, STW, old DTM.... Best race series ever!

Nice work Cleland! Long deserved victory for the legendary old Cavalier. Great stuff, 1995 was a cool season.
