This demonstrates the need for a "patch hose" of sorts, which could be used to link two tires of differing pressures. That way one could raise the pressure of an over-deflated tire using the pressure from one of the others. Just make sure you don't mess up on the last tire.

Either that or a tire pump that plugs into the power outlet. That one works well, too.
