"Heaven on Earth" is completely relative to ones own point of view and level of understanding. It is a phrase used to describe a perfect world. Perfection in the eyes of one, may not be perfection in the eyes another. It is simply the absence of ones perceived negative influences.
My personal opinion, "A never ending journey through higher states of joy and understanding...It is the journey of enlightenment itself. Heaven on Earth exists Now."
Funny I didn't need to be there to know the concept. I've been telling people "we need 2b the so called JESUS" on this planet!
