I recorded it with a capture card. ATI TV Wonder Pro is the one i use now but for this video I captured it with WinTV Go. If you are thinking about getting one I would recommend the one I have now. But basically I put the CC in and hooked up the S-video cables in the back of my pc and recorded with the CC program. It's 59.99 in the US. Thx for the comment btw :D
