  • The green hair isn't bad!

  • if you did this in a certain big country, you might have ended up dead

  • The government has declared war against the citizens of the us. This is terrible. America the land of the free, home of the brave is no more.

  • If your really wish for change to come & piss the big boyz off start manifesting for the the ban on masons, they are the ones causing all this, they are blood thirsty devil worshipers that deserve to be treated with no mercy and all of them kicked out of the government

  • RIP First Amendment 1791 - 2011

  • WOW! THey treat CRIMINALS better. Just because she is expressing her rights?????? BULLSHIT. 110 pound women four cops? no way.

  • Occupy the voting booths, idiots.

  • @79Freedomfighter unfortunatly that illusion of change only lasts for a few days. We must stand on war zones and on the politicians who pass laws for "the other U.S. citizens" aka not themselves

  • Some of the murders by the German BND, the ex GESTAPO, known to the public:

Uwe Barschel (politician), Jürgen Möllemann (politician), Heiner Gehring (author), Martina Pflock (political activist), Tron (internet activist), Karl Koch (political/internet activist), Bernd Seiffert (human rights activist), Kirsten Heisig (author/judge), Fritz Bauer (persecutor of the Frankfurt Auschwitz processes), Markus Bott (human rights activist).

Google the names and check out my channel and homepage.

  • @wwwtotalitaerde Please excuse his mental illness. Martin Bott is suffering from a psychosis that makes him believe the government is after him, controlling minds everywhere etc. >_> His allegedly murdered brother even went to court against him because he didn’t want him to use his name for that nonsense. Now he sticks to defaming my country in Youtube videos. He’s a madman, nothing else.

  • I propose a new chant when police are acting outside of their 'public servant' duties: POLICE ARE CRIMINAL GOONS

  • Lauren should use colloidal silver. I have used it for 3 years; haven't had a sick day since. I also us other supplements, vitamin d, of course, but also lots of anti-oxidants, grape seed, etc. Alternative preventative medicine works. Avail yourslves.

  • Just go through the heart of the problem. The source. THE USA corporation. Make them bankrupt sue out of them. Denounce your being citizen its not USA youre registered with its the district of columbia. Tare up your license plates, drive without license dont register your baby dont for through a hospital if your wife was having a baby or delivery. Dont sign the marriage license. Thats what will I do if I will have a wife

  • THIS... IS IT. Its you who have the mainstream appeal unlike the ron paul supporters, the tea party groups, 9/11 truthers, liberitarians, etc... What you all must do was be a sovereign people, not citizen, make a group and sue out the USA corporation in washington DC by means of common law. Not the maritime law that imposes to us in these hundreds of years. Occupying will do you no good, even the election will do you no good. Forget about the fed, the fiat, fema, illuminati, etc...

  • Sorry but youre from the occupy movement right? You know Lauren Digioia. This is your chance to take the country back. PLEASE stop protesting already, it wont do anything because the district of columbia was the corporation was the impostor government. You cant exercise your rights because you have no rights. You cant use the constitution because theres no constitution and the bill of rights was void. This is the matrix as everyone thought. This is the answer youre looking for

  • Just want to say this, but I think I know what the cause of our problems especially in the US. But I think some people already knew this. Its the act of 1871 making the US a corporation and make the district of columbia like the vatican its base of operations. They amend the constitution without people's consent and made a defacto constitution without no one knowing. No wonder theres executive orders and violating the bill of rights and unalienable rights US dont use the constitution anymore

  • I used to be right wing, but now I'm just a pissed off veteran looking at these Soviet laws. To the left, when the shit goes down you'll find the right will meet you in the middle, we hate the establishment too.

  • I heard alex jones in the background. Where and when is this?

  • @nwonow2012

This was an event called "Occupy the Lens" on January 6 near Michael Bloomberg's mansion on the Upper East Side. It was organized to protest the NYPD's repression of the press around OWS.

At that point, I think Lauren DiGioia had been out of jail for a day or two.

Alex Jones did not attend the event. I believe the voice you hear is John Penley's (the organizer of the event) who's originally from North Carolina and has an accent like Jones'.

  • @stanleyrogouski Im watching the vid of john penley right now. His voice and accent was same as Alex jones. LOL blocking the view. Dont worry, if this continue somehow you will get used to it. Believe it or not theres no real 1st ammendment here in the philippines, you need a permit before you can protest or if youre in organized group like the communist party or political party. Our media is really lying

  • @stanleyrogouski I think a fascist or totalitarian state was over exaggerated but in few months time if this keeps up the US will be like another 3rd world country, and the world seem not to care. We are indoctrinated to hate the US thats the plain truth. So if theres chaos in the street youre on your own now, Im just commenting this to for you all to know what it feels outside of US. Im total support of all of you but sadly Im 1 out of 50

  • @nwonow2012

Third world countries often have fascist governments.

But I don't think the United States is going fascist immediately. The ruling class is getting what it wants from Barack Obama. They're perfectly satisfied with the system of "managed democracy" and media brainwashing we have now.

Greece, on the other hand, could find itself under a military dictatorship again. The Greek people are less brainwashed than Americans. They may find themselves under a group of colonels again.

  • @stanleyrogouski Since were in topic about the NDAA theres another draconian bill that will pass or not, we will never know its the SOPA bill. What will the freedom movement and the truth seekers do now after this bill signed into law and enacted? Because the elites already putting the top icing of the cake. If SOPA bill becomes law its over. I doubt the congress cant pass more law after this the full takeover is almost complete

  • @nwonow2012

SOPA appears to have been stopped. Obama said he'd veto it and Congress responded by taking out the DNS blocking. Of course, like the Keystone Pipeline, they'll probaby try to slip it back in once public outrage calms down, but, for the moment, it looks like it's stalled.

  • @stanleyrogouski well the voting will be in january 25 so technically it isnt stalled. So we arent out of the woods yet. Anyway, looking back in 1998 the police do really changed. Im not here to promote AJ here, but this was the security back then and this was the secret service:

    /watch?v=aoyn_doplUM

more than 10 years later the ordinary police done worse

  • @nwonow2012

Do you have any more info on that 1998 Alex Jones arrest?

It seems like a different situation from Lauren DiGioia's arrest in Grand Central Station. Jones is a fairly well known figure, Lauren DiGioia must less so. Jones was at a press conference. Lauren DiGioia was part of a flash mob. If Jones was only held for an hour or so and dumped on the side of the road, that beats 27 hours in "the system" in NYC. Flash mobs seem to drive the NYPD batshit with rage.

  • @stanleyrogouski I admit you have a point. Journalists and well known figure cant arrested by the police. Its the ordinary people thats always the victim of police brutality. As for the info of AJ arrest, they just let him go after he was drag outside. They knew they have no case on him. But this is...

    /watch?v=ptsbCwcbrfc

I know that the george w bush one wasnt the same documentary as this one because I watched america by design and I havent seen a segment of it in the documentary

  • @stanleyrogouski What I mean was alex jones dragged on once governor George W bush press conference. I havent watched that part in his documentary america destroyed by design. Correct me if Im wrong its long ago since i watched that documentary.

  • @nwonow2012

    I've never seen that documentary.

I'm assuming Jones was a "known troublemaker" in Austin back exactly the way OWS is a "known troublemaker" in NYC today.

    So perhaps they "profiled" him?

FWIW, it couldn't have been Secret Service since Bush wasn't President yet (unless he got Secret Service protection because of his father).

  • @stanleyrogouski Yeah. Theyre not technically a secret service but from practical point of view politician personal bodyguards was somewhat like the secret service. I just call them that because I have no other term to call them. Here in the Philippines, most politician personal bodyguards especially in provinces hires mercenaries or even recruit from rebel groups such as the npa and milf as there personal bodyguards. Maybe in US it was different

  • @nwonow2012 The United States is becoming more and more like the Philippines. A very large part of the occupation force in Iraq is made up of Blackwater mercenaries. That allows Obama to say he's pulling out while not pulling out. Also, New York City Police officers are alowed to hire themselves out to private companies *in uniform* for 37 dollars an hour. It's impossible to determine how many of those police officers at Zucotti Park were on the taxpayer dime and on Goldman's dime.

  • @stanleyrogouski I think the US political, economic, media and military structure will be based on both 3rd world and China structure. Thats why even how long truthers wait therell be no martial law or nazi regime tyranny endgame anytime soon. The more I see the development the more I mirrored the US with my own country. WW3 and antichrist had to wait the elites wants to rape the US more

  • Ron Paul 2012 people ..the rest are status quo!!!

  • Im totally against the NDAA but from what i saw in the original video was that she was protesting indoors. correct me if im wrong. but wouldnt that be illegal to do that indoors on private property without a permit? Because back in the day, the neo-nazi's were allowed to protest their wack ideas because they had permits.

  • @aydster1213

The question of whether or not the protest was "illegal" seems to be of secondary importance to me.

She was singled out from 200 other protesters, who were not arrested, even though they were also speaking out against the NDAA in the same "illegal" manner, and held for 27 hours instead of simply being escorted outside and written out a summons.

My guess is that she was seen as the "leader" of the protest and targeted in order to have a "chilling effect" on future OWS actions.

  • @stanleyrogouski yea i agree. thanks for the response. she did seem like the leader of the group so i can understand why she was targeted. all this stuff with the ndaa and the fema camps are really scary. This is not the free country many of us believe we are living in. im scared for the future of this country and the entire world. everyone needs to wake up and stop being so ignorant to the rapid changes around us. I really dont know what i should do.

  • you have no rights. you are lucky you were released.

  • This is pretty frightening, really. It's extremely important that children be schooled on our liberties. We cannot let them grow up in this police-state environment--or the nation will never be the same.

  • so what was the charge?

  • This is how it was for the German people when the Nazis came in to power.

  • I admire your courage. Keep being a patriot.

  • Why is it when the police arrest someone they immediately choose to carry them out rather than escort them out. Could it be because then they can make a "resisting arrest" charge

  • Sen. Carl Levin let it slip on the senate floor it was the Obama White House that wanted the infinite detention for US citizens.

  • Its not that bad , they cannot water-board you legally

  • Someone get this girl a ring!

  • Taxpayers would save money since Ron Paul

would abolish the Department of Education and

cut the Food & Drug Administration budget by 40%.

Employers would save money by paying workers as little as they wish,

since Ron Paul would abolish the Davis-Bacon Act.

Corporate giants would be free to monopolize markets,

since Ron Paul opposes federal antitrust legislation.

And employees would no longer be required to pay into Social Security.

  • Thumbs up if u got here from infowars or prisonplanet!

  • This women needs to file a law suit against these pigs that abducted her and take there houses. WAKE UP THEIR IS NO MORE LAW. The criminal pigs that assaulted this women violated the oath they took to protect and preserve the US Constitution. Read "Gulag Archipelago", this is where America is headed w/ the passing into law the NDAA. "Article 58"

  • She is a fake actor for the elite... staging the false arrest like many others... to get the crowds into a trap of violent protest so they can move on with taking away your guns... it's a chess game to them.

  • Way to go Lauren! Sorry to hear you were treated so badly and all for what, expressing your voice against a law of tyranny? You're a hero out here! Keep up the great work!

  • Lauren ty for standing up for your right.... you do what a lot of only wish we could do!

  • What a whiner! Doesn't she REALIZE the NDAA is to keep us safe from terrorists? Citizens just being hauled off to the FEMA extermination camps at any time and be tortured and then receive a bullet to the back of the head from an M-16 is to make sure terrorists will never hurt innocent americans!

Yes, the crematoriums will be roaring day and night, but that's to keep the Light of Liberty And Freedom burning brightly.

What's WRONG with people these days? They just whine and whine and whine!

  • @electronfun f-you she was actually arrested for her petition, you = youtube nobody.....

  • @grofit44 you can get arrested for a petition? a petition? source?

  • Comment removed

  • NDAA is here for the upcoming economic apocalypse which is going to go from slow motion collapse to fast motion and people are gonna have no choice but to take to the streets. That's what the NDAA is for "CHILL effect" for free speech . It's all there to kill and starve us .. which is what they want.

  • Lauren is the shit. I think I seen her at OWS when I was there.

  • There are still people who refuse to believe what the NDAA does. They don't understand the wording relating to the detention. Plus, they tell me "Obama would never sign something like that".

  • NDAA something the Occupy movement & The Tea Party can come together on and be a true 99% should put together a march for that cause.

Not the tea party express fuck those fox fucks

  • @natemorte Agreed.

"Left" vs. "Right" is a strategy by the corporate media to divide and conquer. Let's unite on the things we can agree on, civil liberties, the idea that the bailouts were wrong, and opposition to corporate globalism, and argue about the things we disagree on after we remove the criminals who have hijacked our government from power.

  • @stanleyrogouski I agree with all your grievances, but the more topics you have more people start walking away from the table. If this is just focus on this NDAA I could see the possibility of uniting for this cause. It looks like occupy has the mechanism in place to put it together if they could reach out to the tea parties in there cites .Only 7 people in the senate didn't sign it so this is bi-partisan to blame

  • @stanleyrogouski ron paul baby

  • Cheers to all of you sending love from Canada.

  • Never mind repealing NDAA. Just because it was singed into law doesnt make it so. All laws which are repugnant to the constitution are null and void. People its is treason to overthrow the constitution and the bill of rights.

  • It's INDEFINITE detention, nitwit. sheesh.

  • @xdream2 Oops. Typo. Thanks nitwit.

  • @stanleyrogouski It's just sad that you in the occupy movement are so uninformed. Fight the good fight of freedom my brother! You all should register Republican to vote for Ron Paul, the only one speaking out about the NDAA, and for the end of these multiple wars. Obama, Romney, they're all the same; warmongers and thieves. Wake up, close your bank accounts, and stop protesting, it does no good. The pigs love it. I talked with Cindy Sheehan, and she agrees with me. Keep fighting

  • @xdream2 In November, after either Mitt Romney or Barack Obama is elected President, can we go back to protesting again? I'm not going to debate you on Paul's merits, but I think we can all pretty much agree he's not going to get the Republican nomination. If he runs as an independent, I might consider voting for him as a "protest vote." But that will still leave November, and one of two pro-war, pro-Wall-Street parties in power.

  • @stanleyrogouski If everyone, after looking into their crystal ball, that Ron Paul can't win, would shut their mouths and go register, become a delegate we can win this. Sheesh. but you all parrot the corporate owned media and think that anyone gives a rats ass about your shouting as they're going to and from work. Damn. It's so fucking frustrating. If you don't vote for Ron Paul, you're voting for more war, torture, murder, assassinations, bombing, and bankster bailouts. AWAKE.

  • @xdream2

I'll just have to disagree respectfully. I don't think we should put protest "on hold' to get involved in a rigged electoral system. There's no reason, however, we can't do both at the same time. You can vote for Ron Paul. I can protest. There's no need reason we can't use every available tactic. Preemptively ruling out protest because of some anecdotal evidence that "the pigs love it" is a self-defeating a tactic. They sure don't seem to "love it" in New York.

  • "If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you, may your chains set lightly upon you and may posterity forget that ye were ever our countrymen." -- Adams --Resist the New World order..and these decieved demonic minions....LOL ..we are here already, We see you've been expecting us..losers

  • Actually, no, there is nothing that says you are entitled to a phone call, TV and Movies make you believe that.

  • @iFreNZyTM

There's no "federal" law entitling you to a phone call. In New York State, I believe, you're entitled to a local phone call. The ACLU's website also says you're entitled to a phone call. Youtube's spam filter won't let me link it. But Google it.

  • @iFreNZyTM However you ARE entitled to have an attorny present. And the police are to give you medical care. If you are on a prescribed drug they are obligated by law to allow you to have your meds. Otherwise they could be charged for with holding medication and, if it is severe enough, reckless endagerment.

  • The powers that be are preparing for revolution by passing laws like NDAA.

  • When cops file charges against you, they do it in their PERSONAL CAPACITY, not as a cop. YOU, just like any cop in this country, can file CRIMINAL CHARGES against ANYONE you believe has committed a crime. The magistrate, once given a SWORN CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, must, as a duty, follow through with the charges. He has NO DISCRETION AT ALL! Failure to perform a ministerial duty is a CRIME as is SHIELDING OF PROSECUTION! Learn how to fight government corruption! Learn to FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES!

  • You do NOT have to be the victim of a crime to file CRIMINAL CHARGES with a Magistrate! If you "have reason to believe and do believe" that a crime has been committed, and you are a "fact witness" to this crime, YOU, not just the victim, may FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES against the perp. Lawyers will NOT help you! They will NOT risk losing their BAR CARD to go after CRIMINAL COPS. Lawyer have a different set of rules to play by that do NOT apply to us. YOU, not a lawyer, must learn how to file!

  • FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES with a Magistrate! Internal Affairs will do NOTHING to help you. The ACLU or the NLG are a bunch of SCUM! You MUST learn how to file CRIMINAL CHARGES against CRIMINAL SCUM who call themselves cops!

Official Oppression, Abuse of Office, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping, Conspiracy to Commit, Organized Criminal Activity!!!

    LEARN HOW TO FIGHT!

  • Take a look at individual libertarians -- say Ron Paul. He may be perfectly sincere, but as I read his programs and other programs of the Libertarian Party or the Cato Institute and so on, they essentially would give free rein to unaccountable concentrations of private power. And that's about the worst kind of tyranny you can imagine.

  • @TheDAT573 RON PAUL is not a Libertarian. Though he may have SOME libertarian beliefs and platforms, he is a CONSTITUTIONALIST! There is a difference, and that difference is NOT mentioned at the Cato Institute or the Libertarian Party. You will learn very little about Dr. RON PAUL at those websites.

  • @FreeinTX libertarians are by definition strict constitutionalists. i have a feeling you'd like what they say.

  • Noam Chomsk says Ron Paul is an Ultra Capitalist, an advocate of Pure Corporate Tyranny

the total opposite of Liberty. The Rich will have the Liberty to build their own roads,

finance their own private armies and hire who the slaves to do their bidding.

  • love her! and we don't stop!

  • wow, cops lie. who would of known, i was under the impression they were robots running under non-discriminatory protocols.

  • It is good to keep making the point that here, ALREADY, this innocent lady is being treated like a terrorist and locked away without any right to speak with a lawyer and has her health put in jeopardy. Obama wrote his useless assurance along with the NDAA that HIS administration would not do crap like this...but his administration are not the goons directly in charge. So, the lie of his promise is already exposed. Lets not lose sight of that.

  • @VJnumber1

    Very important point.

The President sets the tone. If he signs a bill approving of infinite detention, local police forces like the NYPD will take that as a green light to abuse their authority.

Even if they *had* to arrest her (and they most certainly did not), the police could have easily escorted her out of the building and written her up a summnons.

There was no need to detain her for 27 hours.

  • @stanleyrogouski yes, exactly, and the President is not setting a good tone. He is not foaming at the mouth like some of his rivals, but he is conspicuously silent on issues of civil liberties and it looks like behind the scenes he supports that complacency,or his administration does,by issuing military grade crowd control equipment with no firm rules of engagement. Naturally the bored police can't wait to test out all this crap, & we citizens are the guinea pigs. I hate it.

  • @VJnumber1 Obama is conspicuously hypocritical on civil liberties. He supports them for Egyptians and Syrians, but not Americans.

  • @VJnumber1 Very important point..We are citizens not terrorists..

  • @MrHorsenaround I agree, and also alot of the non citizens are not really terrorists either. heck, the way things are going the terrorists don't even look like terrorists anymore. I am truly terrified when my own local "peacekeepers" attack innocent people in their own backyards for speaking about social problems. These "peacekeepers" are terrifying, aren't they?

  • This girl has a set...more than many coward guys. God bless her. She is very brave. And FUCK the NDAA!

    ~Chris

    Norfolk, VA

  • She has hair like Lady Gaga. :)

  • @DiedThisWay ....no- lady gaga has hair like her.

  • Courageous young lady. Under the NDAA, Americans can be locked up forever,

without trial, without charges, without access to a lawyer.

  • @TheDAT573 I am very surprised this girl wasnt locked up forever ! if I would have been her, after being for 27 hours in police custody, I wouldnt have been had the courage to go and to protest again as she is doing in this video here / I am sure she will be locked up forever as soon as possible .... its sad, but this is the NWO, and u can choose real freedom or a prisonplanet where u r with ur family, but not alone in prison

  • @TheDAT573 Which subsection of NDAA allows for that?

  • Remember that! If they arrest you tell them you have a medical condition!!!!! lol

  • Feb. 3rd is the Nationwide NDAA 2012 Congressional Protest. Please spread the word. Find it on face book.

  • welcome to the new america :( so sorry you had to go through all of that for speaking too loudly in a public space. grrrrr. (and, canttouch: i think the freezing cell probably did suck pretty bad - and for what crime? that is the point of the whole protest - you, yes, YOU, can now be arrested for whatever they want since they dont even have to tell you what your charges are - dont you think being arrested no good reason while speaking out about being arrested for no good reason is a bit ironic?

  • You rock, Lauren!

  • Pussy cops.
