after dealing with this for many a year i have come to the fact that you should NEVER have had to do punishments... UC is a giant bag of punishment.

Is alserative Colitis similar to Crohns??

It is, but it isn't. The main difference is UC has inflammation mainly in the large intestine, while Crohn's can have inflammation anywhere along the digestive tract. There's also some more subtle differences in symptoms, medications, and surgery procedures.

I have Crohn's, so I know allll about this crap (literally) :)
