Exactly, SS fans, well a majority of them, hate Slipknot for whatever reason that may be but if they were real fans they'd know that Slipknot, along with Korn, Lamb of God and the other crop of 90's and early 2000's bands are their biggest influences. In almost every interview I've seen of them they always mention Slipknot as "the band that carved the Metal Pathway for bands like us".
