  • What would really be nice is if they had two YouTube websites. One for adults and one for adults who haven't yet matured and no nothing about the subject except to make idiotic remarks.

  • Bandjoe cords?

  • that hes a dead douche?

  • My mum grew up opposite that house and my nan and grandad still live there today! Talked to an old man that was living in John's old house but he died :( . My mum says one day when she was walking towards her house after passing round the corner she saw him getting into a black limo with Yoko and drive off. He must have been showing her where he grew up and they went before my mum could catch them!

  • @lilyrobot ?? .. your a robot w/ a robot vagina

  • which documentary is this i mean the name of it do you know the name of the documentary?

  • @luisinhocorona It was from a Documentry that came out in 2003 called The Long and Winding Road, it was bradcasted on TV first and then came out on a 5 DVD set, it was a pretty good documentry, i'm trying to find to see the whole thing here on youtube but i can't find it...

  • Great Interview!

  • yea i know he was a cunt

  • If you wanna see a good movie about John Lennons childhood rent "Nowhere Boy". It`s very informative and really shows the true upbringing of John Lennon.

  • HOLY SHIT... the "original" members..... drooool

  • i loved the daily howel.. :) found it in LENNON LEGEND.

  • sad that he never got the chance to reconnect with his family back in liddypool-tragic

  • @JimColyer Did you really come to this video just to post this? How pleasant you are. -_-

  • you dont have to be from a working class background to be a working class hero not to mention

anyone who gets up in the morning to go to work, is the working class. Unless you've got a cool million to hand.

  • MY MOMMA SAYS OBAMA-OCCUPY ~JOHN LENNON SAYS OCCUPY

  • In the avatar he looked like Jethro from NCIS Lol

  • she walk out on him

  • define working clas

  • Holy Cow!! John Lennon had a sister?!?

  • @Jgeneraledger23 He had 2 sisters. His mother Julia had two daughters after having him.

  • I'd like to have been a fly on the wall when John and Paul, as teenagers, sat on John's bed with their cheap guitars and Paul was teaching John a few guitar chords (as opposed to banjo chords).... And they had NO idea what was to come of this.

  • @jddmr22181 Aw... I don't want to be a fly on the wall, I want to be a fly on John.

    Well, or a butterfly...

    <3.

  • @jddmr22181 Actually, George was the one who told him a guitar had 6 strings and taught him chords.

  • @jddmr22181 if you were a fly on the wall watching them they would of hit you with their guitars and they would of never became famous because they broke their guitars from killing a fly on the wall

just kidding that would be really interestiong though watching them play guitars and practice

  • where is this from?

  • @lockyfan all of the beatles are from liverpool in england

  • @TheNarek4life no the video. I know where the Beatles came from

  • Without watching the video, let me guess what the truth referred to in the title is....

He was an annoying git? Amirite?

  • Comment removed

  • His Sister is the spittin image of his aunt mimi

  • What are these idiots blathering on about? STFU.

  • I remember a story that his aunt said...

"You can't make a living playing guitar"

On the day he left Liverpool to come to America to play on the Ed Sullivan show he gave her a music box w/those words engraved on it!

  • @Godzie1 Platter not music box

  • @28if Sorry my mistake..It was a platter!

  • THIS ENTIRE FILM IS SHEER BULLSHIT FROM BEGINNING TO END. IT IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER HOAX IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE REAL JOHN LENNON'S LIFE, HIT THE LINK BELOW. LIVED FROM 1940 TO 1980. BY THE WAY, IF THAT WOMAN IS THE OLDER SISTER OF A MAN WHO WAS BORN IN 1940 AND IF STILL LIVING WOULD BE 71 YEARS OF AGE, I COULD EAT KRYPTONITE. WHICH BTW DOESN'T EVEN EXIST. -SUPERMAN (A.K.A JOHN WINSTON LENNON)

(IF YOU ARE SUPERMAN, DON'T GO BACK TO KRYPTON. BY GOD THAT STUFF WILL KILL YA.)

  • @lilyrobot

Actually, you fucking moron, she said she was younger than John. And all you have to do is look at her nose to see she's his sister.

  • Maybe we could have Lennon interviewed instead...sadly that fat asshole ruined it for us!

Like if you will go to the prison he is at on December 8th 2011, and beat Mark David Chapman's fat useless body to pulp! That fuck is not worthy of living on this lanet and should be removed! Power to the people!

  • @avalanchesuperstar I really hope that power goes not to people like you. Let's behave civilised. Sure John would'n be pleased with reactions like this. Imagine all the people living life in peace.

  • @jhheverlee I have to agree with you. Even though Chapman is a mentally ill man who is not worthy of living on earth, Lennon wanted peace and must get peace.

Of course, Lennon had his violent attacks as well. There was that time Lennon beat the shit out of a D.J. at Paul's 21st birthday party, because the D.J. called him a fag and said he slept with Brian Epstein in Spain. Also,John used to get drunk and beat his first wife Cynthia several times.

But I agree, give peace a chance.

  • "A villain from the verd go"!

  • I know they were nothing without eachother, their solo stuff sucked big time. And dragging their women into the band made it much worse. But i still think paul is cheesy, i think even ringo was cooler.

  • @TheAmargao They set the bar very high with the Beatles mate. Lots of good solo stuff from the 4 of em but i see where your coming from with having their birds on the records. Try Plastic Ono Band by John or All Things Must Pass by George. Also can't forget Ram by Paul and wings. Quality solo stuff! Your opinion of Paul is yours and I respect that.

  • @TheAmargao How can you say that their solo stuff 'sucked big time' ?! Are you deluded or something ? Band On The Run, Imagine, My Sweet Lord and scores of other tracks & albums, George would never have been able to flourish if they had stayed together. They had all had enough, most bands these days have a shelf life of maybe 3 years if lucky and not half as famous as The Beatles. They were together for 10 years and grew up in public, amazing they lasted that long. It was time for them to split

  • john lennon is my idol until the day i die. i have so much respect for him. it was such a loss to the world when he was murdered, the world is need in more people like him. r.i.p john lennon

  • @hihellohowareyou1000 He had a few half siblings...It is well known -.-

  • Oh my god she looks just like him!!!

  • do not diss octopus garden...

  • Ringo Starr: "i've got a song about an octopus..."

  • That´s because john was the best. Paul was and still is cheesy

  • @TheAmargao Are you daft mate? Paul and John wouldn't have been what they were without each other. Best mates and competitive musicians. They brought the best out of each other. RIP to John and happiness to Paul in his new marriage.

  • @CMMY81 Best comment I've seen so far. ;)

  • @Cozycriter Thanks mate. I hate when someone tries to slag off any Beatle. Without each other they wouldn't have become legends. I love how George became a greater songwriter by being with John and Paul. The four of them are my fave musicians. I'm from Manchester and whenever I find myself in Liverpool I go to as many Beatle related sites I can. They changed the world and talked about peace and love. Beatles forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @CMMY81 You're so lucky to be living anywhere near Liverpool, imo, hon'. I hope to visit one day. I was born & raised in NYC..so John's death hit very hard. We loved him..we REALLY did (& STILL do!!). It hurts me so much 'cause I saw a vid last night where someone from England said America is what did him in, etc. & then talked about our crime. That ass that took him from us..he could have been anyone from ANYWHERE. Anyway..once again, a stellar comment from you. The Beatles 4ever, indeed! :)

  • @Cozycriter John loved New York! He loved that city so much he fought to get into America. There is crime everywhere. I'm a former Royal Marine and I know guns don't kill people criminals do. Chapman coulda been any "Nowhere Man". Sad that he got to John. Cheers! Keep the music alive! I have Abbey Road on right now listening to Maxwell's Silver Hammer!

  • @CMMY81 lol.. you are a love! *hugss* Well..I listen to the boys practically every single day and am very hard at work on my current tribute video for John, so..yep..keeping the music and the Beatle legacy alive. :) God bless you for serving your country, hon'. I hate war (who doesn't?)..but respect your right to do your duty, as it be. Peace, sweetie. ♥

  • @Cozycriter Oh I loved me military experience. I loved the comradery and the physical challenge. I love me country. I loved the men and women who serve in the British forces and are allies America included. I hated that war was the only way to keep us all safe. That's what John and the Beatles meant to me at war, they meant hope. They meant maybe one day men and women won't have to die and kill and that future generations know peace. Hugs to you luv. Beatles have made us friends! Cheers! :)

  • @CMMY81 Aww..yes they have, hon'. Them Liverpudlian lads are still, so many years later bringing people together. It's a pleasure to call you my friend, luv. *hugs* :)

  • @TheAmargao Hey, without Paul, they would be no Beatles! He was the only above average musician in the band! Before John met Paul he was playing with school chums and were terrible! So get the facts straight! John and Paul together were the best harmony and songwriting team ever and ever will be! Paul also brought George into the fold! Nobody puts down Paul if they are a Beatle fan or have any sense at all! No greater talent on earth period! Go see him perform and then tel me he's cheesy!

  • @gbolt619 they wrote seperately.. they would show the other if they were 'stuck' for ideas with a song

  • God damn Beatle fans are so fucking annoying. They will ALWAYS put John above the rest of them and not only that but put them down too (usually Paul) Seriously go to any video by any band and you'll most likely see "Oh ____ is my favorite but they're all so great" but on a Beatles video it's always "Damn Paul sucks. John is awesome!!!1111" Go ahead and have your favorite but don't sound so damn stupid while doing it.

  • @SuperRobertoboy

Agreed. They would be considered middle class in America. The British class system of course has an extra layer on top.

  • @SuperRobertoboy john was very well off compared to the rest of the beats...george and paul being the poorest...paul being especially poor being raised by a single father....granted johns aunt was upper middle class the majority of the beats were poor as dirt...

  • @SuperRobertoboy Not the Who mate! Real working class lads. I know what you mean though. On another point, is all the hero worship really necassery? John Lennon was a very good musician, but an absolute prat. If he wasn't john lennon he would have just been considered an arrogant git with half baked socialist views

  • @SuperRobertoboy

You are absolutely right that most British artists have come from anything but Working Class backgrounds. Personally speaking, it makes me appreciate the ones who actually DID come from Working Class (Small Faces, The Faces, Thin Lizzy, etc.)all the more.

  • @SuperRobertoboy Genetic, sounds racist to me, WTH?

  • @SuperRobertoboy That was the scouse accent for the era. Over the years it has progressed. You can't class someone on their accent.

  • @SuperRobertoboy Seriously, were you there?

  • @SuperRobertoboy idiot................

  • @SuperRobertoboy load of crap. Accents have nothing to do with class. listen to how John got his first guitar, nothing obove the ordinary there.

  • ditto as rocketpowerpack.... something odd here

  • @simbad909 I read many times that John s mother had childern after John. When John s dad left the scene John s mother lived for years with a man, they had 2 daughters, John s half sisthers. I can speak for John but I know after John s death Yoko would do any thing to erase ALL people from John s life , other then her and Sean...not Sean s fault.

  • Interesting- as an avid Beatles Fan, and John being my favorite, of all the biographies and articles I've read and even his interviews, there has never been the mention of him having any Siblings. He lived with his Aunt when his parents' marriage ended- his father disappeared and his mother died in an accident- strange no siblings mentioned til this one turned up? Anyone else have an opinion?

  • @Rocketpowerpack they were step-sisters the daughters of his mother and new husband

  • @smokinjoe1984 That's not what a step sister is. They were half sisters. Step siblings are children of a step parent and that step parents previous partner(s)!

  • and yes, I disagree...you picked the song of serious importance. Revolver ended with Tom.Nknows, like John was saying "ok, this is where we're headed if you want to hang with us pay attention. But Strawberry Fields changed everything, supposed to be on Pepper. No one wrote like that before it, John wrote all of it...it's the leap into the whole change, a beautiful song turned into an astonishing piece of art and craftsmanship and just unparalleled imagery...for me, best song he ever wrote

  • @WJOinfo5 If you know the history, it was John's band..he was always the leader. When they exploded into biggest thing on earth, yes, 4 parts to a perfect band. But I truly believe that Paul on his own would have become a famous singer/writer and what a bass player, he'd have achieved a good level of fame, but John was a true force of nature, he willed it to happen, picked the band, and had the most irreplaceable voice in music history. Even famous touring tribute bands, never a great John

  • @mppaiges

No, he wasn't always the leader. He definetely wasn't "the leader" the last few years of the band.

  • @help4343 without good leadership and without Brian Epstein, no wonder the Beatles broke up.

  • John had such talent with his artwork and poetry early on. Everyone can find an outlet for their creativity somehow, and music and songwriting became his. Was he the greatest musician to ever live? It's debatable, but yes. Yes, he most certainly was.

  • I take my hat off to John's old mates for re-forming the Quarrymen. Very enterprising!

  • That lady has John's nose. She is obviously related.

  • Met John's sister a few years ago.. was great !

  • lennons music was certainly original but he worked on sgt peppers at the same time pink floyd were working on piper at the gates of dawn at the same studio syd and john were certainly interested in each others work

  • This is fascinating! Love to listen to these people talk about John. John was just a regular guy with a mom and friends and his aunt too. Great video.

  • Banjo chords on a guitar=yoko ono.

  • Yes I understand Julia, the bathroom is a great place to record! The acoustics are the best in the ol water closet!

  • That muggy joke is from the I Love Lucy show!! Fred mertz says it. I don't know when he made that little book but that's where I heard it just recently watching my I love lucy vids.

  • honestly he was only good with the beatles. most of his solo work BLEW GOAT!!!!!!!

  • @THEFLYINGREDNECK YOU BLOW GOAT!! Honestly "flyingredneck" what have you ever done? Let me guess, marry your 1st cousin!!!

  • @rgani1 IDIOT! hillbilles inbred (most don't) NOT rednecks

  • We did a song called Human Rights (Direitos Humanos) and dedicated to Bono Vox (U2) and John Lennon(Beatles). Estúdio RDP-Brazil, Brasília-Alberto Dias

  • Ordinary people are great! Part of the attraction of the Beatles was they were ordinary city lads that people could easily relate to. Listening to Julia Baird and the fellas from the Quarrymen was really pleasing because there was no snobbery or ego. Liverpool has a lot of good hearts in it and the Beatles grew up surrounded by them. "The greatest show in the whole wide world" stemmed from these humble beginnings.Fab and inspiring!

  • Good lord, they showed a clip of, "Up With People" in a John Lennon doc. Strange days, indeed.

  • When you see something in someone else you like, focus on that and look for that in everyone else, you would be surprised how changing how you look at things can change the world.

  • Jose Perdomo, a great Lennon fan.

  • 9 dislikers are American killing psychopaths that worship Chapman. Get a life will you guys! As Yoko said, "He was an artist.... why would you want to kill an artist?"

  • @bassguy511 Indeed. John was human like the rest of us.

  • @JESUSSUCKEDCOCK ..You're a cunt. But I must admit, a funny cunt.

  • His sister looks a lot like him, same similar nose, mouth, everything, quite eerie.

  • He looks just like his sister....hair yoo

  • How can you guys single out one as better than the other? They were an entity called the Beatles. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a group of very talented individuals who changed music forever. Do you like Strawberry Fields better than Something, or Hey Jude, get my point?

  • @WJOinfo

no, you have no point, save for your pointed head.

  • @WJOinfo I believe that people born before W.W.2 came out to be talented to relived happiness not boredom. 1940's was a black & white era. being pariah!!!

  • @WJOinfo - The world stopped when John Lennon died. Nothing like that happened when George Harrison died. In fact, many do not even know George is dead. Nor do they care.

  • @thegrinchl7 - uh .... maybe .... just perhaps ..... er .... that's because .... um ..... er .... John Lennon was MURDERED?

    Do ya think, maybe?

Now YouTubers are comparing Beatles deaths ..... which one got the most attention.

    Who cares? Piss off.

  • @ApocalypsePlough Also, George died around the time of the 9/11 attacks, so the news of his death was overshadowed. Also, George had. lowered his profile years earlier and hadn't released an album for over a decade when he died. When an attempt was made on George's life a couple years earlier, it made the front page!

  • @thegrinchl7 that is a wildly uninformed statement. I am not saying you are a dumb idiot. I am saying you might be.

  • @thegrinchl7 Many don't know? You mean in terms of the worldwide population of over 6 billion? Yeah, there probably are a few billion who don't know of his death. But maybe that doesn't matter. Did that occur to you? Maybe the people that matter are the fans who bought the records or saw him live?

What a completely stupid comment you made.

  • @killwill83 - George's lasting legacy seems to be the

following statement: ----> "He was under-rated". If I had

a nickel for every time one of his fans posted such a

revealing comment! In the end, this is really code for

"why don't people like him like I do"? One cannot imagine

anyone ever saying this about John or Paul since it's clear

they are NOT. Yet, with George it seems strangely POLITE.

George hitched a ride with a great group. Please don't

confuse the BARNACLE for the SHIP!

  • @thegrinchl7 I'm sorry, but although I do believe that John and Paul have a longer-lasting legacy, for you to say that George "hitched a ride" is downright disrespectful. If you can't appreciate each member of this group, don't even bother listening to their music.

  • @thegrinchl7 I'm sorry, but although I do believe that John and Paul have a longer-lasting legacy, for you to say that George "hitched a ride" is downright disrespectful. If you can't appreciate each member of this group, don't even bother listening to their music.

  • @gaatakek - LOL Um...thanks, but I'll continue doing as I please. I absolutely hated Barry Bonds of the San Francisco Giants, but I kept watching the team. I hate you...but I keep coming to Youtube. Got it, Quazimotto?

  • @thegrinchl7 I can only assume you have some serious psychological problem(s) if you hate someone on YouTube. Perhaps one day you'll attain wisdom and learn to properly appreciate music. Until then, good luck.

  • @gaatakek - Ugh! What vanity. To think that one is mentally unstable because they do not like you. Pfft! Wisdom is one of those things that would have prevented YOU from responding in the first place!

  • @thegrinchl7 I happen to be a very loveable person, so I presumed your hatred was a product of psychological issues.

  • @gaatakek - lol We ALL think we're "lovable". Al Capone went to his grave convinced the world was unjustly picking on him. Adolf Hitler thought he was a wonderful person. No, my hatred of people like you is strictly functional. You contribute nothing to mankind. In the end, you'll be lucky if you leave a SMEAR when you die.

  • @thegrinchl7 I was joking when I called myself loveable. That being said, coming on this video to criticize Harrison is not at all productive. You're an idiot. You don't recognize greatness and you're too thick (or perhaps arrogant) to realise it. People like you have veils over their eyes from the moment of their entry into this world. You can't help being a moron, so I won't be overly harsh. Continue wallowing in the muck of your ignorance. Your opinion is both incorrect and insignificant.

  • @gaatakek , Oh yeah? Well...you're a toad. Take THAT!

  • @thegrinchl7 That hurt.

  • @thegrinchl7 That hurt.

  • @WJOinfo Why yes, yes I do.

  • @WJOinfo - and the point goes even further then that. They could not have done Strawberry fields or Something or Hey Jude alone because it was the product of the environment. Only in the ego does it seem like, "look how great I am." Each of them was a small piece of a special environment. To say one is better then the other is to miss the point of them being a group. This music wouldn't exist if they hadn't been a group!

  • @WJOinfo I like Something and Strawberry Fields Forever better than Hey Jude.

  • @slpplexi1969 Me too!

  • Lennon's music, and musical concepts were simply far more 'original', and ground breaking than Paul's (who always had a mostly conventional "pop" approach). John pioneered the use of surrealism in modern music, and essentially invented "psychedelic rock". His music simply had more depth, purpose, and mere commerical success was never John's end-goal. For John The Beatles were a platform that he used to speak to universal human ideals, and protest hypocrisy and injustice .

  • The Quarry Men started when they were 4 or 5? Jesus.

  • @musiccalgary noooo much later.

  • @musiccalgary No, they met at 4 or 5. They formed the Quarrymen in 1956, when John was 16.

  • @musiccalgary i think they were referring to when they began school together

  • @musiccalgary yes Jesus gave them their incredible talents

  • @RhythmsOurBiz Naw. Only thing Jesus ever did was get a bunch of priests to rape young boys then cover it all up.

  • @musiccalgary Wrong pal, that was Jim Jones.

  • @musiccalgary i think theyre talkin about when thay met

  • Gee ...you look like your aunty love.

  • So to sum up....Lennon had more influence on bringing down Soviet communism after his death than he did in ending the Vietnam War while he was alive.....

  • Also in the immediate aftermath of Lennon's death the Government of the USSR did something very unusual. It allowed tens of thousands of its citizens to openly gather in Red Square and demonstrate their grief over Lennon's death. This was a historical event for the USSR. BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST TIME EVER THAT A COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT ALLOWED A DEMONSTRATION TO TAKE PLACE THAT WASN'T THERE TO GLORIFY THE GOVERNMENT OR COMMUNISM!!!

  • ....It is no coincidence that when President Reagan lands on Russian soil the very first thing he hears is Lennon's 'Imagine' sung to him by a group of children lined up by Gorbachev. As one of the Reformers put it in a BBC documentary in the early nineties, "We weren't really interested in the words of Marx and Lenin. We were more interested in the words of Lennon and McCartney......"

  • ....what seeded the minds of these sons and daughters of the powerful in the USSR would flower some 15 years later when Gorbachev came to power. This is because Gorbachev surrounded himself with those 'sons and daughters' and they became known as the 'Reformers.' These reformers were emotionally fuelled by Lennon's belief in 'personal liberation' (as touched upon in his song 'Revolution' for example). This acted as an emotional driving force in creating more freedom for their people.....

  • Here's the thing everyone misses. The biggest influence Lennon had on politics was not the Vietnam war. It was glasnost in the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc. To fully explain why is very complicated and would take several postings but for many years Lennon's music like most western music was kept from the masses cos it was seen as decadent. h/w the children of those who held power DID have access to L's music and quotes. they permeated impressionable minds....to be continued

  • Im an extremely intelligent person who is emotionally mature. this allows me to enjoy a person's art without caring what they do in their personal life.

  • Where can we see more from Johns sister? Id like to hear what it was like watching him move into the music business

  • @scotty Can you get more annoying? Go die, I wish things like you died off faster than flies. Quit commenting back to all the smart sensible people. And btw, I've done way more charity then he has for the little amount of money i have. You are an extremely stupid piece of shit. Now please do me a favor and die off.

  • Interesting so many jump on Lennon. Harrison was no saint he slept with Ringo's wife, Paul had at least one illegitimate child that he truly did abandon, look up philip and anita cockrane for a start. Julian played on Walls And Bridges and was often at family gatherings even after the divorce. Joni Mitchell abandoned a child as well for real for nearly 30yrs. How about Jesus encouraging the abandonment of family and kids and god conceiving with another's woman and then abandoning the kid.

  • Its 2011...people still think this douche had talent?!?

  • @GodHatesPortugal Liam Gallagher thinks so. So much that he's still copying every Lennon riff ever made.

  • May I ask how many of the people arguing here who just happens to disagree with Lennon's beliefs or dislike his music?

(This is not asked as an defence of Lennon, just an interesting query)

  • May I ask how many of the people arguing here who just happens to disagree with Lennon's beliefs?

(This is not a defense of John Lennon as a person, just an interesting quiry.)

  • Knowing what I know now regarding how John Lennon treated his eldest son, Julian and Julian's mother. No matter that he wrote a beautiful song called Imagine. It goes to show that people can put on a good face to the world, all the while neglecting his eldest child, Julian, and Julian's mother. He did not care enough to see to their needs properly. The respect I had for this man for many years is gone. I despise deceivers.

  • @gva0917 sorry, Saint Gva0917. I know it must be hard being so perfect...what a burden...

  • @scotty STFU you stupid asswipe. John is not a saint, he did nothing good for the world except creating music. Idiots like you justify bad actions with fame. Fame doesn't justify anything. Go fuck yourself, your comments toward all the sensible people are nonsense. I can't even understand WTF you're talking about, so just leave this video. Annoying cunt...

  • Comment removed

  • @MimiTheHamster hahahahahahahahaha, you're so ignorant hahahahahahahaha

  • @halloweenfan92 That's no excuse. I've never done anything as bad as he did. Why you defending him, even if he were living he wouldn't give a shit about some crazy fan if his. You're a drop in the ocean.

  • he was a yougne stupid we all have stupid shit that we've done hes done alot and really hearing all this just makes him look more human

  • I've heard a lot of bad things said about Mimi Stanley. And granted, she may not have been the friendliest woman in the world. But she did provide John with a good home. I don't think there's any doubt she loved John.

  • John was not even with Cynthia, except in name only when he met Yoko, Julian did get a bad break which is sad.

  • To all Jerks: I don't care to hear from you. I've expressed all I care to here. I've already stated my key points and this is beyond boring.

  • @scotty Can you please just leave people alone? From what I've seen so far, you're just another one of those people who think they know everything. Seriously, stop! You're no better than any of us on here so stop believing it. We are all equals in one form or another and how would you like it if someone treated you like you're treating them?

  • @MrsBeatleLover05 I've seen so many jerks here at this link seems like this topic trashing Lennon draws the cream of the toilet. As I've said I think it's perverse although I wouldn't expect anyone here at this link to get that. Just bug off okay.

  • @MrsBeatleLover05 Leave me alone I didn't ask that you write me.

  • The only person who really knows John is Paul.

  • john wouldnt have cared much for all this vituperation & contentiousness, what?

come together PLEASE right now [over me]

  • I'm not detracting Lennon. He was a hell of a musician and songwriter. I just don't understand how we tend to canonize popular entertainers.

  • @TheDiddlysquat "Before you make an opinion perhaps you could tell everyone what you have managed to achieve in your life?" FUCK you ! This isn't about me you brainless ass-wipe what a rotten idiot you must be, thankfully I don't have to know you. You're blocked! I've wasted enough time with you already. People like John Lennon make this world a better place, GET IT!? Should be simple. People like you don't make this world a better place. Stop begging for attention and move along now jerk.

  • If you are a Lennon detractor feel free to express your illness as you will there's no stopping you if you wish to show your ignorance and inability to appreciate good things when you see them fine. But realize there are those who think you're pathetic. So if you're one of these don't respond to me I've already stated my views here and elsewhere, especially if you're American after bush your judgment is in question anyway, this and that 7 out of 10 think a pres should be religious. Screw that.

  • Why do I think one such as John Lennon needs defending? Why is he so often spoken ill of? !. He encouraged others to think, this is not welcome especially in a place like the US where they'd rather have faith than brains. 2. He encouraged others to question their assumptions and beliefs, again some find this threatening, they fear the scrutiny. 3. He spoke out firmly against war, this is hardly tolerated by those who've been programmed to toe the party line and live according to a set model.

  • I've said all I care to to Lennon detractors except maybe FUCK YOU, there, consider it said. Here and elsewhere on YouTube I've felt a need to defend this great man and his remarkable contribution, that's just how sick this society has become. The detractors are ignorant and unreachable I have found and I don't care to associate with that sort any longer. Some people don't deserve good things cause they are incapable of appreciating them. It's their loss.

  • @TheDiddlysquat I'm not talking about reporters but you seem to care little about points I was making and I can't help if you are incapable of grasping clearly stated points. Therefore I'm not going to restate any of it. I've read so many lame, ill informed, and just plain nasty comments here on youtube, mostly from Americans, don't tell me what to do with youtube FU it isn't perverse like what you do with your Lennon trashing. But you're too dense and delusional and leave much to be desired.
