Cabal Online had some pretty good cape animations for its time for an MMORPG. Haven't seen anything like it until this render demo. In fact, I just looked at a video again and it even has good cloth animations, though not as good as the capes.
I wish MMO devs had put more time into creating awesome capes.
Capes and Scythes, things I love that have been missing from games.

i think it's simutronics mmorpg named Hero's Journey that hasn't been released. The hero engine was made to develop it.

It's heroes' journey from simutronics using the hero engine as can be seen in the top right corner.
